Adam Ruddermann is the Director of the Bug Bounty Services Practice at NCC Group, a global information security assessment and consulting firm. He has extensive experience in the bug bounty community, having led Facebook's Bug Bounty Program, co-founding the BountyCraft conference series, and as Synack's first Operations Manager. He previously served in U.S. government security and intelligence roles as a consultant and product manager with Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Technical Lead at the NSA Red Team while in the United States Air Force.

Alberto Urueña is Assistant Deputy Director of Studies at the National Observatory of Telecommunications and the Information Society of red.es and university professor and business schools. Alberto holds a PhD in Economics and Innovation Management from the ETSI of Industrialists at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), an Executive MBA from the Business Institute and a Telecommunications Engineering from the UPM. In the last fifteen years he has directed a wide variety of studies, reports and publications from the study center of the Spanish Administration responsible for monitoring the status and progress of telecommunications and the information society in Spain. It also has publications in impact journals of a scientific nature. Alberto's research focuses on the socio-technical and economic impact on society of different information systems, studying the phenomenon of technological change from the point of view of households, businesses and e-administration. His doctoral thesis, which obtained the highest rating, was awarded in 2014 as the best thesis in economics, management and regulation of telecommunications by the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers.

Under his management, two security plans were developed, increasing the level of security in the company. Repsol today has a maturity in its security processes at the level of the largest international companies in the sector. Since 2014 he has been Director of Cybersecurity and Technological Risk.

He focuses on both national and international projects, searching for specialists and filling high and middle management positions in various disciplines. Prior to joining KornFerry Futurestep, Alex served for 15 years as an officer in the German Armed Forces´ Spec Ops Division Signal Branch with personnel and mission responsibility. After his time in the military, in 2005, he moved into the recruiting business and started at a medium-sized, multi-industry focused recruiting agency in Cologne, where he had the opportunity to gain professional experience in the consulting sector. Later on, he was recruited by an international operating agency with a focus on IT and Telecommunications where, as a consultant, he executed projects within high and middle management and with specialists.
