Gerardo Fernández

Gerardo Fernández is a Computer Engineer from the University of Malaga and is currently a Security Engineer at VirusTotal. Since 1997 he has been working in the field of computer security in different profiles, it should be noted that he was technical coordinator of the Ada Byron Research Center at the University of Malaga and a member of the NICS Lab (Network, Information and Computer Security Lab) research group where he collaborated in the definition of attack patterns, malware engineering and intrusion detection in more than 12 national and European research projects.
