Fernando is the Partner in charge of the Litigation and Arbitration department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. State Attorney on leave, he has also been Secretary of the Board of Directors for the National Institute of Communication Technologies (INTECO, current INCIBE).  

He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and commercial litigation, as well as in pre-litigation advice, with important practice advising and resolving technological disputes
