Vulnerabilities

With the aim of informing, warning and helping professionals with the latest security vulnerabilities in technology systems, we have made a database available for users interested in this information, which is in Spanish and includes all of the latest documented and recognised vulnerabilities.

This repository, with over 75,000 registers, is based on the information from the NVD (National Vulnerability Database) – by virtue of a partnership agreement – through which INCIBE translates the included information into Spanish.

On occasions this list will show vulnerabilities that have still not been translated, as they are added while the INCIBE team is still carrying out the translation process. The CVE  (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Standard for Information Security Vulnerability Names is used with the aim to support the exchange of information between different tools and databases.

All vulnerabilities collected are linked to different information sources, as well as available patches or solutions provided by manufacturers and developers. It is possible to carry out advanced searches, as there is the option to select different criteria to narrow down the results, some examples being vulnerability types, manufacturers and impact levels, among others.

Through RSS feeds or Newsletters we can be informed daily about the latest vulnerabilities added to the repository. Below there is a list, updated daily, where you can discover the latest vulnerabilities.

CVE-2023-52654

Publication date:
14/05/2024
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:<br /> <br /> io_uring/af_unix: disable sending io_uring over sockets<br /> <br /> File reference cycles have caused lots of problems for io_uring<br /> in the past, and it still doesn&amp;#39;t work exactly right and races with<br /> unix_stream_read_generic(). The safest fix would be to completely<br /> disallow sending io_uring files via sockets via SCM_RIGHT, so there<br /> are no possible cycles invloving registered files and thus rendering<br /> SCM accounting on the io_uring side unnecessary.

CVE-2023-52655

Publication date:
14/05/2024
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:<br /> <br /> usb: aqc111: check packet for fixup for true limit<br /> <br /> If a device sends a packet that is inbetween 0<br /> and sizeof(u64) the value passed to skb_trim()<br /> as length will wrap around ending up as some very<br /> large value.<br /> <br /> The driver will then proceed to parse the header<br /> located at that position, which will either oops or<br /> process some random value.<br /> <br /> The fix is to check against sizeof(u64) rather than<br /> 0, which the driver currently does. The issue exists<br /> since the introduction of the driver.

CVE-2023-52656

Publication date:
14/05/2024
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:<br /> <br /> io_uring: drop any code related to SCM_RIGHTS<br /> <br /> This is dead code after we dropped support for passing io_uring fds<br /> over SCM_RIGHTS, get rid of it.

CVE-2023-50718

Publication date:
14/05/2024
NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to version 0.202.10, an authenticated attacker with create access could conduct a SQL Injection attack on MySQL DB using unescaped `table_name`. This vulnerability may result in leakage of sensitive data in the database. Version 0.202.10 contains a patch for the issue.

CVE-2023-50717

Publication date:
14/05/2024
NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Starting in verson 0.202.6 and prior to version 0.202.10, an attacker can upload a html file with malicious content. If user tries to open that file in browser malicious scripts can be executed leading stored cross-site scripting attack. This allows remote attacker to execute JavaScript code in the context of the user accessing the vector. An attacker could have used this vulnerability to execute requests in the name of a logged-in user or potentially collect information about the attacked user by displaying a malicious form. Version 0.202.10 contains a patch for the issue.<br />

CVE-2023-49781

Publication date:
14/05/2024
NocoDB is software for building databases as spreadsheets. Prior to 0.202.9, a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability exists within the Formula virtual cell comments functionality. The nc-gui/components/virtual-cell/Formula.vue displays a v-html tag with the value of "urls" whose contents are processed by the function replaceUrlsWithLink(). This function recognizes the pattern URI::(XXX) and creates a hyperlink tag with href=XXX. However, it leaves all the other contents outside of the pattern URI::(XXX) unchanged. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.202.9.<br />
