In the event of any cyberattack or cybersecurity incident, INCIBE-CERT has a dedicated service to support incident handling and response as quickly as possible. This service is continuously available to citizens, organizations, digital service providers, entities affiliated with RedIRIS and strategic operators on a 24x7x365 basis.

Digital monitoring: assets

An INCIBE-CERT monitoring service that identifies threats before they materialize into an incident. By monitoring a wide range of cybersecurity events—which are enriched and correlated with each entity’s digital assets—it enables the proactive detection of potential compromises and/or vulnerabilities, strengthening the organization’s security and resilience.

Tiresias Reports

An INCIBE-CERT service through which a report is produced and sent to the entity, describing its cybersecurity posture based on the cases handled with the CERT and the information obtained from open sources about its assets, looking for those that may have been compromised or potentially insecure.

Cyber resilience – IMC

An INCIBE-CERT tool that evaluates and improves an organization’s ability to withstand and recover from incidents. The Indicators for the Improvement of Cyberresilience (IMC) model objectively measures the level of cyber resilience across different key areas of an entity.

Cyberexercises

INCIBE-CERT cyber exercises help organizations evaluate and improve their incident response in controlled environments. Through simulated scenarios, security teams test their procedures, coordination and responsiveness.

Vulnerabilities

INCIBE-CERT, as a CVE Numbering Authority (CNA), assigns identifiers to new vulnerabilities and promotes responsible disclosure between researchers and vendors. It provides access to the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and tailored alerts to support the secure management of flaws and solutions.

Early warning

INCIBE-CERT carries out technology monitoring to detect zero-day vulnerabilities and emerging threats that may affect organizations. It assesses their impact and issues tailored security advisories and bulletins for potentially exposed entities, enabling a swift and preventive response.

Cyber threat sharing

INCIBE, through the ICARO platform, promotes collaborative intelligence to combat cyber threats. Through INCIBE-CERT, it shares up-to-date threat information with participating organizations, including malware analysis, indicators of compromise (IoCs), detection rules and other relevant technical data.

Cyber crisis support

INCIBE-CERT provides extraordinary assistance in high-impact cyber crises. When an organization faces a critical incident that exceeds its capabilities, the team deploys additional technical, human and operational resources to strengthen the response and mitigate the effects of the attack.

Private Entities Services Portal (PSE)

The INCIBE-CERT Private Entities Services Portal (PSE) is an online platform for companies collaborating with INCIBE-CERT. It provides access—through a single point—to the main requested services: reporting incidents, receiving alerts, consulting tailored reports, and managing assets and contacts confidentially.
