Patricia Moreno Cantador
Patricia Moreno is a Computer Science Engineer graduated in the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2004). She started her professional career in GMV as project engineer and involved in the development of IT systems related to classified information, being nowadays, responsible of the technical section. One of the most relevant customers in her area is the European Defence Agency.
Rosa Díaz Moles
Rosa Díaz has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector both in the private sector and in the public sector. She has a degree in Exact Sciences at the Autonomous University of Madrid and has in her training, among others, a General Management program from IESE. She was Director of INCIBE until June 2022 and she has developed management positions at Sage, Santander Elavon and Panda Security. She is also founder and Vice President of the association Woman4Cyber Spain.

Guillermo Fernández López
Guillermo Fernández is a Police Superintendent of the Spanish National Police. He joined the National Police Academy in 1998. He holds a degree in Business Sciences, Master’s Degree in Strategic Management of Public Security and Diploma in General Staff.
His professional career has been developed fundamentally in units of investigation of judicial police against economic crime and organized crime, although he has also been assigned to public security units, as well as serving abroad for a year in UNIOGBIS, United Nations mission in Guinea Bissau.
Javier García Quintela
Leads IT and OT Cybersecurity challenges, enabling the challenging Repsol Digitalization and Energy Transition strategy transforming Cybersecurity towards a CyberResilience approach. Participates in the Cybersecurity chapter in the World Economic Forum and is Vice-Chair of the Cybersecurity forum at the World Petroleum Congress. He holds a degree in Communication Engineering and the Harvard course in Cybersecurity: Managing risks in the information age.
Francisco Luis Benitez
PhD Degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Granada. Principal Investigator at FIDESOL about blockchain and cybersecurity. Vice-president of the Blockchain Commission in OnTech (a national R+D Cluster). Researcher in digital society at MediaLab at the University of Granada. BlockLab Coordinator at MediaLab, a blockchain laboratory for research and innovation projects.
Rafael García
He joined the AGA in 1983. Assigned to various positions at AF and EMAD. Abroad in SHAPE – NATO; Defence Attaché in London, Afghanistan or participating in the Operation Unified Protector of Libya. On July 30, he was appointed Commander of the MCCD, and on August 4, 2020 of the MCCE.
