The Congress of Cybersecurity, Technological Law and Hacking of Zaragoza, CONPilar, was born in Zaragoza in 2016, the result of the enthusiasm and effort of a group of cybersecurity and hacking enthusiasts, friends, collaborators and sponsors, headed by Susana González Ruisánchez, lawyer specialized in technological law and cybersecurity of Zaragoza.
The event aims to provide security forces and bodies, businessmen, private detectives, journalists and experts in the field of investigation of crimes and corruption, in the methodology and use of intelligence [* INT] through new technologies and traditional methods.
