Vulnerabilities

With the aim of informing, warning and helping professionals with the latest security vulnerabilities in technology systems, we have made a database available for users interested in this information, which is in Spanish and includes all of the latest documented and recognised vulnerabilities.

This repository, with over 75,000 registers, is based on the information from the NVD (National Vulnerability Database) – by virtue of a partnership agreement – through which INCIBE translates the included information into Spanish.

On occasions this list will show vulnerabilities that have still not been translated, as they are added while the INCIBE team is still carrying out the translation process. The CVE  (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Standard for Information Security Vulnerability Names is used with the aim to support the exchange of information between different tools and databases.

All vulnerabilities collected are linked to different information sources, as well as available patches or solutions provided by manufacturers and developers. It is possible to carry out advanced searches, as there is the option to select different criteria to narrow down the results, some examples being vulnerability types, manufacturers and impact levels, among others.

Through RSS feeds or Newsletters we can be informed daily about the latest vulnerabilities added to the repository. Below there is a list, updated daily, where you can discover the latest vulnerabilities.

CVE-2010-2709

Publication date:
05/08/2010
Stack-based buffer overflow in webappmon.exe in HP OpenView Network Node Manager (OV NNM) 7.51 and 7.53 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long OvJavaLocale value in a cookie.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2713

Publication date:
05/08/2010
The vte_sequence_handler_window_manipulation function in vteseq.c in libvte (aka libvte9) in VTE 0.25.1 and earlier, as used in gnome-terminal, does not properly handle escape sequences, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands or obtain potentially sensitive information via a (1) window title or (2) icon title sequence. NOTE: this issue exists because of a CVE-2003-0070 regression.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2547

Publication date:
05/08/2010
Use-after-free vulnerability in kbx/keybox-blob.c in GPGSM in GnuPG 2.x through 2.0.16 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via a certificate with a large number of Subject Alternate Names, which is not properly handled in a realloc operation when importing the certificate or verifying its signature.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2791

Publication date:
05/08/2010
mod_proxy in httpd in Apache HTTP Server 2.2.9, when running on Unix, does not close the backend connection if a timeout occurs when reading a response from a persistent connection, which allows remote attackers to obtain a potentially sensitive response intended for a different client in opportunistic circumstances via a normal HTTP request. NOTE: this is the same issue as CVE-2010-2068, but for a different OS and set of affected versions.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2931

Publication date:
05/08/2010
Stack-based buffer overflow in SigPlus Pro 3.74 ActiveX control allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long eighth argument (HexString) to the LCDWriteString method.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2932

Publication date:
05/08/2010
Buffer overflow in BarCodeWiz BarCode 3.29 ActiveX control (BarcodeWiz.dll) allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long argument to the LoadProperties method.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2933

Publication date:
05/08/2010
SQL injection vulnerability in AV Scripts AV Arcade 3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the ava_code cookie to the "main page," related to index.php and the login task.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-2725

Publication date:
05/08/2010
BarnOwl before 1.6.2 does not check the return code of calls to the (1) ZPending and (2) ZReceiveNotice functions in libzephyr, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via unknown vectors.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2010-1871

Publication date:
05/08/2010
JBoss Seam 2 (jboss-seam2), as used in JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 4.3.0 for Red Hat Linux, does not properly sanitize inputs for JBoss Expression Language (EL) expressions, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted URL. NOTE: this is only a vulnerability when the Java Security Manager is not properly configured.

CVE-2010-2790

Publication date:
05/08/2010
Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in the formatQuery function in frontends/php/include/classes/class.curl.php in Zabbix before 1.8.3rc1 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the (1) filter_set, (2) show_details, (3) filter_rst, or (4) txt_select parameters to the triggers page (tr_status.php). NOTE: some of these details are obtained from third party information.

05/08/2010
The cluster logical volume manager daemon (clvmd) in lvm2-cluster in LVM2 before 2.02.72, as used in Red Hat Global File System (GFS) and other products, does not verify client credentials upon a socket connection, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (daemon exit or logical-volume change) or possibly have unspecified other impact via crafted control commands.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis
