Staff salaries

This section presents the yearly compensation of senior staff members at S.M.E. Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad de España M.P., S.A., as per article 8.1.f) of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, regarding transparency, access to public information and good governance.

Managing Director:

  • Updated base salary 2023: €93,381.72 per annum
  • Updated allowance 2023 for the position: €16,695.14 per annum
  • Variable allowance for 2023 has been updated, with a maximum of €14,007.21 per annum
  • Insurance contributions: the employer will contribute towards health and accident at work insurance premiums within the limits set out in RD 439/2007, up to a maximum of five hundred euros per year (€500/year).

Operations Manager:

  • Updated base salary 2023: €93,381.72 per annum
  • Updated allowance 2023 for the position: €1,968.96 per annum
  • Variable allowance for 2023 has been updated, with a maximum of €14,007.21 per annum
  • Insurance contributions: the employer will contribute towards health and accident at work insurance premiums within the limits set out in RD 439/2007, up to a maximum of five hundred euros per year (€ 500/year).

General Secretary:

  • Updated base salary 2023: €93,381.72 per annum
  • Updated allowance 2023 for the position: €1,968.96 per annum
  • Variable allowance for 2023 has been updated, with a maximum of €14,007.21 per annum
  • Insurance contributions: the employer will contribute towards health and accident at work insurance premiums within the limits set out in RD 439/2007, up to a maximum of five hundred euros per year (€ 500/year)

There is no severance pay for leaving the position, except when the executive leaves the Company unilaterally due to cause (as per art. 10.3 RD 1382/1985) or withdraws unilaterally from the Corporation, in which case the severance pay will be as stipulated in art. 11.1 RD 1382/1985, equivalent to seven days' salary for every year of service, up to a maximum of six months' salary.

President of the Board of Directors: does not receive a daily allowance.

Board Members may receive a maximum of €9,425.00 per year (€856.82 for each regular meeting of the Board of Directors they attend). In the event of delegation, the allowance is only payable for a maximum of two delegations.

There is no severance pay.
