She also oversees the growth of key services such as biometric authentication and cybersecurity, essential for affiliated financial entities.
From 2013 to 2017, she served as Risk Management Master Professional at Asobancaria, managing strategic initiatives for the Treasury and Financial Affairs Committees, working closely with banks to advance Colombia's financial markets. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, Javier is currently the Marketing and Communications Director of Secure e-Solutions at GMV and President of the Cybersecurity Commission at AMETIC.
Telecommunications engineer with more than 20 years of experience in IT projects management focused on public services for citizens, divided between the emergency and cybersecurity sectors. In the last stage of her professional career, she joined the INCIBE team as Head of the Cybersecurity Helpline and Early Warning service, later assuming the position of of reactive and preventive services at INCIBE-CERT, where she currently Works.
Erkuden Rios (0000-0001-5541-1091) is project manager in the Cybersecurity team of Tecnalia Research & Innovation centre in Spain. She has coordinated and participated in multiple international R&D&I projects in different areas of research such as cloud security, Artificial Intelligence for prevention and detection of cyber threats and for security orchestration automation, cyber risk analysis, and resilience of critical infrastructures.
