Shahrokh is the CEO and co-founder of Silicon45. Prior to Si45, Shahrokh founded Acceptto, the industry’s first passwordless continuous authentication system, utilizing AIML within the antiquated IAM/CIAM. He was a Sr. Principal at Intel (25 yrs), where he led the inception & execution of 4 multi-billion-dollar products.

Aditardo Vázquez Rojas is a computer engineer with over 15 years of experience in managing technological risks, cybersecurity, and auditing in the financial sector. He currently serves as the Director of the Cybersecurity Department and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Central Bank of Paraguay, where he leads the institution's cybersecurity strategy.

Throughout his career, he has worked on supervising Information and Communications Technology (ICT) governance in financial institutions, both in the public and private sectors. He has played a key role in the creation and implementation of cloud computing regulations, as well as in overseeing IT and cybersecurity practices in the financial sector, contributing to enhanced security and compliance with international standards.

He has a strong academic background, including a specialization in ICT, a master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies, and international certifications such as Lead Auditor in ISO/IEC 27001 and 22301. He has developed security and technology policies, led and coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and supported the implementation of protection and risk mitigation mechanisms.

His experience spans both the technical and strategic aspects of cybersecurity and information technology, applying recognized methodologies and best practices. This has allowed him to establish himself as a reference in implementing innovative solutions in cybersecurity, technological risk management, and IT governance.

With over 8 years of experience, he is currently hold a Master's degree in Union Innovation Programs, Holds an MBA, expert in implementing cost-efficient projects for the financial sector, specializing in cybersecurity, banking operations, digital transformation, and new business development.

Has led financial sector projects with government entities in Colombia, such as the DIAN and the Ministry of Finance.

Oni is a seasoned executive with almost 30 years of experience working across multiple industries including Technology, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, and Government. Oni has worked extensively in the areas of operational and financial risk, including but not limited to, cyber security, business continuity, and corporate strategy.

He is a partner at Alinea VC, a pre-series A venture capital firm focused across four market sectors; Fintech, Cyber Security, Supply Chain, and Climate Software Technologies.

He also serves as Founder and Partner of Sora Defense Systems, a for-profit cyber think tank and intelligence platform.  He most recently served as the Chief Risk Officer for a financial organization where he was responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of systems that transacted $115 billion dollars yearly in payments. 

Oni’s prior professional experiences include CEO of GSC Assets, a crisis alpha hedge fund, Managing Partner of Argon Holdings, a boutique private equity firm focused on emerging defense technologies, and business impact consulting for various fortune 500 companies and investment banks.

Oni loves the great outdoors and credits the book “Neuromancer” by William Gibson for shaping his world view 

She is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in innovation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and new business development, particularly in the banking and financial sectors. With a law degree and a master’s in public administration from Harvard University, she has specialized in public and private contracting, project management, and implementation at both national and international levels.

Currently serving as Vice President at Asobancaria since 2015, her previous roles include Independent Consultant in Washington D.C., Secretary General at AEROCIVIL, and Legal Director at AFIDRO. Her leadership and strategic insight have made her a key figure in advancing digital and business transformation initiatives.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) . 

Systems Engineer, specialist in information security, currently finishing a master's degree in Cybersecurity and Privacy, with more than 8 years of experience focused on information protection management and technological risk management. I am currently serving as CISO at Bancoomeva, a financial institution of the Coomeva Group, where I lead the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the information security management system, integrated with cybersecurity strategies that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s information.

Lawyer from Universidad de la Sabana and specialization in Financial Legislation from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá – Colombia. Knowledge at Risk Management Systems and experience in leadership and development of projects in risk management of money laundering and terrorist financing and security information and cybersecurity.

Experience in leading legal areas at companies in the financial and insurance sector. Positions in the financial and insurance sector, in public, union and private entities, particularly, in companies of the business group led by the Fundación Grupo Social. He is currently the Vice President of Planning and Management Control of the Fundación Grupo Social and the leader of the Shared Security and Cybersecurity Activities.
