Víctor Calvo Sotelo


Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, MBA at INSEAD and visiting professor at the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He started his professional career in the world of engineering at Bechtel and later at GETINSA and DETEA, and in the telecommunications sector he was Director of Project Management at Airtel (later Vodafone) and Director of Institutional Relations at AUNA.
He has been National Secretary of New Technologies of the Partido Popular and was elected National Deputy for Zamora in November 2011. In the Public Administration he has been Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works, President of Correos y Telégrafos and Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society. He is currently General Director of DigitalES, the Spanish Association for Digitalisation.
Sara García


BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of León, Master's Management of Information Systems and Technologies from the UOC, Business Expert in Business Administration and Management through ThePowerMBA programme and PROGRESA II Edition from ESADE Business School and CEOE, Executive Programme for Emerging Leaders.
She also holds several certifications in the fields of cybersecurity and project management [including PMP (PMI), CISA and CISM (ISACA), CISSP (ISC2)].
With 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, she is currently Head of the Cybersecurity Talent Area at INCIBE, leading projects and actions that contribute to counteracting the gap between the supply and demand of talent in cybersecurity and to adopting measures that stimulate the creation, identification, recruitment, retention and management of talent, as well as activities for the specialisation of professionals and the empowerment of women in cybersecurity.
She also collaborates with various programmes to raise awareness about cybersecurity and increase the number of women in STEM disciplines, such as: STEM Talent Girl (she is a mentor and coordinator at its headquarters in León), Girls4STEM, Women4Cyber, Inspiring Girl and the INCIBE Cyber-cooperators programme.
Pablo López


Lieutenant Colonel, General Corps, Air Force. Cryptology specialist. Master's in Information and Communications Systems and Technology Management.
Responsible at the CCN-CERT for the management of cybersecurity services, the production of the training plan and STIC courses for security specialists, the creation and drafting of CCN-STIC regulations (policies, procedures, guides, good practices and security abstracts), the supervision of the adaptation and implementation of security at organisations and the performance of ICT security audits and inspections. He has more than 20 years of experience in all these activities.

Telecommunications Engineer with a Master’s in Innovation Management from Deusto Business School/Cambridge Judge Business School and in Business Administration, ISACA. Idioia has more than 25 years’ experience in the Telecommunications sector.

Experience of 7 years as a CISO in a major Group of the European audiovisual sector providing business-oriented strategic advice and managing the information security. Julia Perea


Julia Perea is Digital Security Director at Telefónica Spain. With more than 25 years of experience in IT services, she has developed her professional career in different positions related to IT infrastructures, digital business and security services for Telefónica customers.
She studied Computer Science at UPM and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management at UOC. She is a member of the board of directors of Women4Cyber Spain.
Lola Rebollo Revesado


Lola is Deputy Director for Boosting the Industry, Talent and R&D area at INCIBE; and she has co-led the Working Group GT2- Promotion of industry and national R&D for the National Cybersecurity Forum (FNCS) jointly with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
She is a graduate in electronic engineering, specializing in semiconductor fabrication, from Wilkes University (USA). She began her career at Harris Semiconductors and later at Lucent Technologies in USA. In Spain she has held various positions at international companies. In 2019 she founded L’OLA Consulting, to fill positions in Management, Operations or Logistics, focusing on digitalization and new technology integration processes (blockchain, smartcontract, IoT, sensoring, etc...), she has co-lead two Startups in blockchain for first mileage logistics in the food sector and traceability of temperature sensitive goods whilst in transit.
In March 2022, she is appointed as part of the Advisory Council for the High Commissioner of Spain, Entrepreneurial Nation, and is also elected as a member of the Permanent Commission of the Advisory Council (Ministerial Order PCM/920/2021).
