With more than 23 years of experience as CISO or Security Manager in large organisations from diverse sectors (Insurance, Banking, Telecom, gaming and Consultancy Services), with responsibility over delivery, people and budget. Always focused on achieving maximum results and transform organisations to make them safer on the cyberspace.
 
Bachelor degree in computer science from the Nueva Esparta University. She has a master's degree in Telematics from the Simón Bolívar University, and from the National Telecommunications Institute of France. With partial studies of the Doctorate in Research in Computer Science from the Complutense University of Madrid.  ISMS Board.

Graduate in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Public Management (Centro Superior de Estudios de Gestión Análisis y Evaluación UCM), Master in Leadership and Public Management (UIMP-INAP), expert in Policy Evaluation and Quality of Services (AEVAL-UCM) and Diploma in "New forms of leadership and political transformation" (EILx- Goberna).

He has extensive experience in smart territories, as he has held responsibilities in this field as a member of the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for the Information Society and the Digital Agenda, as well as being the coordinator of the National Plan for Smart Territories and president of the Technical Committee for Standardisation 178 of UNE (Smart Cities) (October 2013/July 2018).

I have a degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and I have been a civil servant in the Senior Corps of Information Systems and Technologies of the State Administration since 2007. In February 2021 I joined the Department of National Security of the Presidency of the Government, as Technical Advisor in the Cybersecurity Unit and against disinformation.
