Guillermo Fernández López


Guillermo Fernández is a Police Superintendent of the Spanish National Police. He joined the National Police Academy in 1998. He holds a degree in Business Sciences, Master’s Degree in Strategic Management of Public Security and Diploma in General Staff.
His professional career has been developed fundamentally in units of investigation of judicial police against economic crime and organized crime, although he has also been assigned to public security units, as well as serving abroad for a year in UNIOGBIS, United Nations mission in Guinea Bissau.

He joined the AGA in 1983. Assigned to various positions at AF and EMAD. Abroad in SHAPE – NATO; Defence Attaché in London, Afghanistan or participating in the Operation Unified Protector of Libya. On July 30, he was appointed Commander of the MCCD, and on August 4, 2020 of the MCCE.

Laura Iglesias holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Valladolid and completed an AMP (Advanced Management Programme) at the Instituto de Empresa, IE Business School. She has pursued her entire professional career in the cybersecurity field, and prior to joining Vodafone, she held positions as Director of Cybersecurity Strategy, CISO or Director of Cybersecurity Professional Services in financial and telecommunications sector companies. As Director of Cybersecurity at Vodafone Spain, her mission is to protect the assets and information of all Vodafone Spain companies and their customers, and she is a member of the Vodafone Group's Global Cyber Security Leadership Team. As a member of the Women4Cyber association, she plays an active part in initiatives to promote gender diversity in the industry. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Cyber Lideria.
