Telecommunications engineer with more than 20 years of experience in IT projects management focused on public services for citizens, divided between the emergency and cybersecurity sectors. In the last stage of her professional career, she joined the INCIBE team as Head of the Cybersecurity Helpline and Early Warning service, later assuming the position of of reactive and preventive services at INCIBE-CERT, where she currently Works.

Pedro is the CISO & Fraud Prevention Manager of Galicia Bank (the largest private bank in Argentina). He has been working for more than 25 years in Cybersecurity and +18 like a Cyber Executive. He is a Technology Engineer and he has different posgraduates in management, business and IT.

He is also Director and professor of CEMA University in Posgraduates of Cybersecurity and Data Protection.

He has received many awards like Global CISO 100 in 2020, 2022 & 2024 (by Hottopics UK), the Cybersecurity Leadership Award 2022 (by Global Security Summit), CISO of the year 2023 (by CIONET Iberoamérica) & Platinum Award “Innovation in Cyber 2023” (by Fintech Americas Miami).

Ramon Costa-Castelló was born in Lleida in 1970 obtained the master degree in computer science in 1993 from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), in 2001 he obtained the PhD degree in computer science at UPC. Currently, he is Full Professor at the Automatic Control department and the Institute de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial both from UPC.

Raquel Hernández is the Director of Security Solutions at Microsoft Ibérica. Her priority is to build alliances with clients to promote the prioritization of security in digital transformation and AI adoption. Previously, she worked at Zscaler, Hewlett-Packard, Gartner, and Repsol.  Industrial Engineer, she has completed an Executive Program for Women in Senior Management and Board Members at ESADE.

Ethical Hacker, with extensive experience and knowledge in Pentesting, Red & Blue Team. Cybersecurity Analyst and Researcher. Certified as an Expert Ethical Hacker, and as a Forensic Computer Expert. With extensive experience in threat and vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, security audits and regulatory compliance (LOPD, GDPR). Cybersecurity architect in systems, applications and networks. Hardening of servers. Security in Cloud environments. Data Protection Delegate. Speaker at different events, congresses and training sessions on cybersecurity. Mentor in the National Cyber League of the Civil Guard.

Assigned to the Information Group of the Comandancia de la Guardia Civil in Ávila since April 2023. With more than 23 years of experience in issues related to cybersecurity within the Guardia Civil, the last 20, in Intelligence Units (Intelligence Headquarter). Experience as a speaker and trainer in cybersecurity, digital investigation, OSINT, ... for Guardia Civil, national and foreign police forces, and even for the European Commission.
