I am Andres Felipe Mancipe Alba, a Systems Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity. Throughout my career, I have held various key roles including SOC Analyst, SOC Coordinator, Cybersecurity Analyst, Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Coordinator, and Security and Cybersecurity Specialist. I am currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Professional.

I have worked across a range of sectors, including security service providers, pension funds (AFP), telecommunications, and the financial sector, both private and public. My experience includes implementing and managing security strategies, coordinating incident response teams, and optimizing business continuity processes.

Adv. Avivit Kotler is a Cyber Security risk management professional, with expertise in Privacy in the Financial and Health sector for the past 2 decades.

Recently leading both roles in the biggest HMO in Israel and one of the largest healthcare providers worldwide.

Working to enable technology progress and the implementation of cutting edge health care solutions in a secure manner by design.

I have built my career in IT management, with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and security. My expertise spans across defining and sustaining mission-critical environments, governance, risk management, and compliance. I have a comprehensive understanding of IT processes, including architecture, infrastructure, and system development.

Currently, as Chief Security Officer (CISO) at Nstech, I lead the development of a robust cybersecurity strategy, overseeing risk mitigation, crisis management, and business continuity. My primary challenge is driving a unified cybersecurity framework across 37 companies within the Nstech group, ensuring consistent protection against both internal and external threats. This involves coordinating with multiple teams, standardizing security protocols, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams, restructured technical areas, and implemented improvements that drive operational excellence. My practical knowledge of industry best practices, such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards, enables me to navigate complex IT landscapes and deliver tangible results that enhance both security and business outcomes.

With a proven track record of managing critical IT functions and delivering on key objectives, I am dedicated to advancing Nstech’s cybersecurity posture and safeguarding its extensive network of companies.

Eial Sergio Bluer is Senior Project Manager, Business Development Consultant and Lecturer at innovative startups and technological global firms in Israel, and acts as Business Consultant at Israeli Ministries and important Israeli ONG´s. Former Senior Business Consultant at Deloitte, KPMG and Hewlett-Packard Consulting and On-Site Banking Implementation Manager and Pre-Sales Manager at Surecomp abroad (relocation).

Twenty years ago, he founded -along with few partners- Sefarad Consulting that represents Israeli technologies mainly in Ibero-America through business development and international marketing activities, and consultancy engagements (including ad-hoc projects for multinational corporations in Israel).

He holds degrees of Master in Accounting (CPA) and Postgraduate in Systems Engineering -both at Buenos Aires University- and Master in Business Administration at Hebrew University of Jerusalem (MBA) on Information Systems and Marketing. Speaks fluent Hebrew, English, Spanish and has a good understanding of Portuguese.

As voluntary, Eial was member of the Executive Committee of University of Tel-Aviv Spanish Speaking Friends, seldom act as Businesses & Technologies Columnist of Israeli-Jewish Press in Spanish, served as Co-President of the Chamber of Commerce Israel – Spain, Co-Founder of iBANG -Israeli Business Accelerating Networking Group- and Business Consultant at Israel Business Connection project.
