Antonio Cimorra is a Telecommunications Engineer by the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid with an experience of 35 years in the digital technology sector.

He is Digital Agenda Director at AMETIC and manager or its Cybersecurity Committee and others disruptive technologies commettees.

He is EU Vice President of the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance, Board member of the Federation of Latin American ICT Associations, Vice President of GAIA-X Spain and leader of its Health Working Group. Member of the UNE CTN71 Technical Standardization Committee and CEOE Advisor in the BUSINESSEUROPE Digital Economy Task Force.

IT/OT CyberSecurity Expert, with more than 30 years of professional experience. Head of Professional Services and certified official trainer in different technologies and protection tools, has also participated in multiple cybersecurity conferences and courses (MundoHacker, Cyberacademy, etc.), collaborating in the dissemination and awareness of security through articles in the press and specialized media.

I have developed different roles related to cybersecurity, risk management and compliance in consulting and auditing companies for more than 20 years. I am currently Customer Security Director at Ericsson for Spain, Portugal and Latin America. I am also a member of the working group that is developing the 5G cybersecurity standard for the European Union with ENISA.

Belisario Contreras is a recognized and thoughtful contributor to information technology and cybersecurity. Belisario’s work has involved a careful balance between understanding international policymaking and its practical applications. In his role at the Organization of American States (OAS) as manager and head of the cybersecurity program, Belisario applied his skills and experience to substantively raise the organization's influence in the cyber domain. Belisario's experience is recognized by top-tier organizations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), where he was invited to serve on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Cybersecurity (C4C) and to co-chair the Global Future Council of Cybersecurity, among other notable roles. Currently, as the coordinator of the Digi Americas Alliance and a member of the advisory boards at Duke University and (ISC)² LATAM, he continues to contribute to shaping the global cybersecurity agenda.

Carla Redondo Galbarriatu holds a Degree in Law and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Deusto, a Master's Degree in Civil State Administration, an expert in the European Political Economy and Finance Executive Programme from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a University expert in International Trade from the University of the Basque Country, and has over 7 years of experience in the field.

She is part of the Senior Corps of the Civil Administration of the State and has held positions in the Ministry of Defence, in the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, and in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation in the first instance, in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence. Since August 2022 she has been Secretary General of the National Institute of Cybersecurity, INCIBE.
