Monica Gómez

She is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in innovation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and new business development, particularly in the banking and financial sectors. With a law degree and a master’s in public administration from Harvard University, she has specialized in public and private contracting, project management, and implementation at both national and international levels.

Currently serving as Vice President at Asobancaria since 2015, her previous roles include Independent Consultant in Washington D.C., Secretary General at AEROCIVIL, and Legal Director at AFIDRO. Her leadership and strategic insight have made her a key figure in advancing digital and business transformation initiatives.

Montserrat Estaca Gómez, Civil Engineer, has been responsible of Telematics since June 2024, previously, and for three years, she has been the Head of Traffic of Gipuzkoa. Earlier, an for eighteen years, she developed her professional career working in the area of Civil Engineering taking part in projects related to Geotechnics.

Mouhcine El Oualidi Charchmi

Mouhcine is a research technician of the Research Institute of Applied Sciences in Cybersecurity (RIASC), where he works on the project 'Data Science for an Artificial Intelligence Model in Cybersecurity,' together with INCIBE. The research line he/she is working on is framed around the use of generative artificial intelligence and machine learning models to optimize cybersecurity ecosystems.

Mª Piedad Álvarez de Arriba

Her entire professional career has been within the Judicial Police. She began her career as a Homicide Investigator in Madrid. She later served as the Head of the Surveillance Section in the UDEF (Economic and Financial Crime Unit). After being promoted to Superintendet, she led the Judicial Police Brigade in Málaga, and the Central Brigade for Specialized Crime in Madrid. From 2019 to 2022, she was the Chief of Staff at the Security Department of the Prime Minister’s Office, and she is currently in charge of the Central Cybercrime Unit.

Noemí de Castro

Noemí de Castro García received her M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the University of Salamanca and her Ph.D. degree in Computational Engineering from the University of León where she is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics. In addition, she is the Acting Director of RIASC, where she leads the research team working on artificial intelligence applied to cybersecurity.
