With over 15 years of experience, she is currently the Director of Innovation Programs and New Business at Asobancaria, a position she has held since 2017. In this role, she leads initiatives aimed at driving cost efficiency, centralizing processes, and promoting digital transformation within banking institutions. She also oversees the growth of key services such as biometric authentication and cybersecurity, essential for affiliated financial entities.

From 2013 to 2017, she served as Risk Management Master Professional at Asobancaria, managing strategic initiatives for the Treasury and Financial Affairs Committees, working closely with banks to advance Colombia's financial markets. Prior to that, she was Product Leader at the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC), where she developed and implemented strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer loyalty in fixed-income markets, while leading projects to modernize stock trading platforms.
