Professional with more than 25 years of experience in IT business, 17 of them in management positions, and extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, sales and marketing in leading companies. Iosu Arrizabalaga has been CEO of Factum since it was officially founded in 2009.

After graduating in Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and completing his training in the PDG Management Program at the University of Navarra (IESE), Iosu began his career leading sales and business development departments in renowned companies until he became Head of Innovation & Business Development at Siemens (later Fujitsu-Siemens) in 2004, managing the development of value-added solutions for Spain and Portugal.

Currently, as CEO of Factum, Iosu is the main responsible and driving force behind the company's global strategy for the expansion and positioning of cybersecurity and technology. With an ambitious long-term growth plan for both national and international growth, Factum continues to optimise its portfolio of customisable B2B services for Enterprise and SME's across all industries.
