All his professional career has been in the Ministry of Finance: first in the Directorate General for Trade and Investment, in trade policy with Asia; then as head of the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Ghana; and now at ICEX (the agency of the Ministry for internationalization) in his current position as director for Infrastructures, Health and ICT.
