Biography

Dr. Choi has a strong background in law enforcement training for cybercrime investigations and advanced police technology. He founded the Cybercrime Division at the American Society of Criminology and serves as Vice President of the Korean Society of Criminology in America. He has also spoken as a cybercrime expert at conferences for the UN and INTERPOL.
