Vulnerabilities

With the aim of informing, warning and helping professionals with the latest security vulnerabilities in technology systems, we have made a database available for users interested in this information, which is in Spanish and includes all of the latest documented and recognised vulnerabilities.

This repository, with over 75,000 registers, is based on the information from the NVD (National Vulnerability Database) – by virtue of a partnership agreement – through which INCIBE translates the included information into Spanish.

On occasions this list will show vulnerabilities that have still not been translated, as they are added while the INCIBE team is still carrying out the translation process. The CVE  (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Standard for Information Security Vulnerability Names is used with the aim to support the exchange of information between different tools and databases.

All vulnerabilities collected are linked to different information sources, as well as available patches or solutions provided by manufacturers and developers. It is possible to carry out advanced searches, as there is the option to select different criteria to narrow down the results, some examples being vulnerability types, manufacturers and impact levels, among others.

Through RSS feeds or Newsletters we can be informed daily about the latest vulnerabilities added to the repository. Below there is a list, updated daily, where you can discover the latest vulnerabilities.

CVE-2024-7473

Publication date:
29/10/2024
An IDOR vulnerability exists in the 'Evaluations' function of the 'umgws datasets' section in lunary-ai/lunary versions 1.3.2. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to update other users' prompts by manipulating the 'id' parameter in the request. The issue is fixed in version 1.4.3.

CVE-2024-7774

Publication date:
29/10/2024
A path traversal vulnerability exists in the `getFullPath` method of langchain-ai/langchainjs version 0.2.5. This vulnerability allows attackers to save files anywhere in the filesystem, overwrite existing text files, read `.txt` files, and delete files. The vulnerability is exploited through the `setFileContent`, `getParsedFile`, and `mdelete` methods, which do not properly sanitize user input.

CVE-2024-7474

Publication date:
29/10/2024
In version 1.3.2 of lunary-ai/lunary, an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) vulnerability exists. A user can view or delete external users by manipulating the 'id' parameter in the request URL. The application does not perform adequate checks on the 'id' parameter, allowing unauthorized access to external user data.

CVE-2024-7475

Publication date:
29/10/2024
An improper access control vulnerability in lunary-ai/lunary version 1.3.2 allows an attacker to update the SAML configuration without authorization. This vulnerability can lead to manipulation of authentication processes, fraudulent login requests, and theft of user information. Appropriate access controls should be implemented to ensure that the SAML configuration can only be updated by authorized users.

CVE-2024-6673

Publication date:
29/10/2024
A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the `install_comfyui` endpoint of the `lollms_comfyui.py` file in the parisneo/lollms-webui repository, versions v9.9 to the latest. The endpoint uses the GET method without requiring a client ID, allowing an attacker to trick a victim into installing ComfyUI. If the victim's device does not have sufficient capacity, this can result in a crash.

CVE-2024-6674

Publication date:
29/10/2024
A CORS misconfiguration in parisneo/lollms-webui prior to version 10 allows attackers to steal sensitive information such as logs, browser sessions, and settings containing private API keys from other services. This vulnerability can also enable attackers to perform actions on behalf of a user, such as deleting a project or sending a message. The issue impacts the confidentiality and integrity of the information.

CVE-2024-6868

Publication date:
29/10/2024
mudler/LocalAI version 2.17.1 allows for arbitrary file write due to improper handling of automatic archive extraction. When model configurations specify additional files as archives (e.g., .tar), these archives are automatically extracted after downloading. This behavior can be exploited to perform a 'tarslip' attack, allowing files to be written to arbitrary locations on the server, bypassing checks that normally restrict files to the models directory. This vulnerability can lead to remote code execution (RCE) by overwriting backend assets used by the server.

CVE-2024-7010

Publication date:
29/10/2024
mudler/localai version 2.17.1 is vulnerable to a Timing Attack. This type of side-channel attack allows an attacker to compromise the cryptosystem by analyzing the time taken to execute cryptographic algorithms. Specifically, in the context of password handling, an attacker can determine valid login credentials based on the server's response time, potentially leading to unauthorized access.

CVE-2024-7042

Publication date:
29/10/2024
A vulnerability in the GraphCypherQAChain class of langchain-ai/langchainjs versions 0.2.5 and all versions with this class allows for prompt injection, leading to SQL injection. This vulnerability permits unauthorized data manipulation, data exfiltration, denial of service (DoS) by deleting all data, breaches in multi-tenant security environments, and data integrity issues. Attackers can create, update, or delete nodes and relationships without proper authorization, extract sensitive data, disrupt services, access data across different tenants, and compromise the integrity of the database.
