20 million Amazon Echo devices and Google Home affected by BlueBorne

In the month of September were discovered a series of vulnerabilities named as BlueBorne which affect the Bluetooth protocol of a large number of devices. As time has gone by, companies have developed patches and updates that correct that vulnerability. However, around 20 million personal assistants from Google and Amazon around the world are still vulnerable. Although both companies have already published an update to solve the problem, few users have done with it.

One of the temporary solutions that was given to solve the vulnerabilities while the security patches were published was to deactivate the Bluetooth of the devices, however, in the personal assistants of Google and Amazon it is not possible to do it.
