Google creates the App Defense Alliance to improve the security of the Google Play Store

To promote the security of Google Play Store, Google has started a collaboration with ESET, Lookout and Zimperium named App Defense Alliance.

The main goal of this alliance is to stop malware apparition before they arrive to the devise of users. To achieve it, partners are going to integrate Google Play Protect on theirs search engines, resulting in an increase in the number of analysers.

Google emphasizes that collaboration between entities is one of the key aspects of maintaining security.
