César Maurín


A graduate in Business from the Autonomous University of Madrid. His field of activity has always been connected with new technologies and their commercial application, which led him to found, at the beginning of the 90s, the company Arache, S.L., which is concerned in remote sales. Later, he headed the Marketing and Communication Department of the Center for Cultural Interchange, in Madrid.
In 1997, he joined the Association of Employers and Industries of Spain (CEOE), as head of the SimproEspaña office , which is concerned with disseminating and developing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and e-commerce.
Later, he was appointed Head of the Digital Society and Innovation Area of CEOE, as head of the Secretariat of the Digital Society Commission, of the R+D Commission and of the Licences and Services Commission. The scope of action of these Commissions deals with aspects such as innovation, industrial and intellectual property, digital transformation, smart cities, data protection, industry 4.0., public assistance for R+D and the licensing system; among other things.
He is currently the Director of the Department of Digitalisation, Innovation, Trade and Infrastructure; of which the Digital Society Commissions are part; R+D; Competitiveness, Trade and Consumption; Infrastructure and Urban Planning; Licences; Transport and Logistics; and Intensive Specialist Services for People (the latter shared with the Department of Employment, Diversity and Social Protection).
César López


César López has extensive professional experience in ordinary and social economy companies. He has held management positions in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Logistics, in companies such as Seur Integración Logística, as well as in the Wholesale sector. At the end of 2007, he began his professional career in the social economy, working as Director-General of various organisations, always undertaking projects related to diversity/disability, and later, in 2015, he joined Fundación GoodJob in his current position as Director-General.
Antonio de Luis Acevedo


He is a graduate in Political Science and Sociology and has postgraduate qualification in Practice of Consumer Sociology: Theory and practice of Market Research from the Complutense University of Madrid.
He is currently the Managing Director of the State Foundation for Employment Training, Fundae, having been responsible for coordinating the training of employed persons between SEPE and Fundae itself during the previous year.
He has notable experience in managing state subsidies for professional employment training, monitoring and controlling public training funds, designing training and employment public information systems, State register of Certificates of Qualifications and Skills and the RECEX register.
Previously, as Head of the Local Employment Service at the State Public Employment Service, he held various posts related to the project for the Definition and participation of the Regions in the Information System of the Public Employment Services (SISPE-Training), the Management and design of amendments to the corporate application of training for employment and the Coordination of assistance to retrain (PREPARA Programme).
