Rosa Díaz


Rosa Díaz Moles holds a degree in Exact Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid and also studied a General Management Program from the IESE Business School. She has been part of the INCIBE team since June 2019, first as the Deputy Director of Companies and Professionals, then as Deputy Director for Business Support and R&D&I since September 2019 and as General Director since November.
With a solid background in the ICT sector, Rosa Díaz has held different managerial positions in companies such as Sage Spain, where she became Director of Operations in the SME and Self-Employed and Training Division, Santander Elavon Merchant Services S.L., where she was Support Director and Panda Security where she worked as the Country Manager Iberia for almost four years.
She belongs to different groups whose objective is to bring visibility to women in jobs in ICT, particularly in the cybersecurity sector. She has also been an INCIBE cyber-cooperator since May 2018 with the aim of spreading and raising awareness among young people and families about the importance of cybersecurity in order to be safer in our digital lives.
Idoia Mateo


Idoia has in-depth knowledge and proven experience in Cybersecurity operations and management, Global Defence Capabilities, and IT Risk and Technology Management with more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in multinational companies (IBM, Andersen, BearingPoint and Santander).
Besides working at Santander, she is part of the International Security Advisory Board of Telefonica since 2018.
In Santander Group since 2006 in different roles, I have been fortunate in the last 3 years to be part of the transformation of Cybersecurity into a completely Global unit that is a reference and model in the sector, working for the Global CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), Daniel Barriuso. She is currently leading the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all the CISOs of the Group entities, including the digital units.
Frequent speaker at cyber security conferences and an industry champion for women and girls in cybersecurity and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Founder of Women In CyberSecurity Spain (WICS) in 2018 and part of Santander Women Network (SWN).
Susana del Pozo


She has a degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Valladolid, an MBA from the Autonomous University of Madrid and more than 20 years’ experience in the technology sector. Susana has worked for leading companies in the sector and, since joining IBM in 2006, she has held various posts related to technological infrastructure, the cloud, data and artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. She is currently the Director of IBM’s Security Unit for Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel.
Carlos Acha


Carlos Acha Ledesma is graduated in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa (Executive MBA).
His career has been spent at ALSA since 1999, working in various areas of management of the organisation’s passenger transport companies, participating in its growth and internationalisation processes.
In 2001, he was appointed CEO of ALSA Chile, where he led the company for 3 years.
In 2004, he was appointed Director of Organisation and Corporate Services at ALSA, a post he held until 2014.
He has been Chief Operating Officer since February 2014.
In April, 2017 he combined this with the role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at ALSA.
Rubén Fernández


CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – ISACA, Madrid / CSSA (Certified SCADA Security Architect) - IACRB / PCI Professional – PCI Security Council Studied Computer Science Management at the Pontificia de Comillas University.
With more than 20 years working regarding Information Security / Cyber at companies like Deloitte, SIA Group or IBM. The main activities along his career have been related to GRC, Internal and External IT Audit, Risk/Process Assessments in national and international projects and coordinating the implantation and configuration of several technologies (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, DLP, SIEM...)
Juan Gómez


Dr. Industrial Engineer from the University of Seville (1995). His teaching career began at the end of 1989 at the University of Seville, obtaining the position of Titular Professor of the University in 1997. Professor of Systems Engineering and Automation at the University of Jaén since 2002. President of the ICT Sector Commission of the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE) and member of the extended executive Commission of the CRUE. President of the Association of Public Universities of Andalusia (AUPA) since December 2018
José Fernando Gómez


An entrepreneur, public speaker, programmer and telecommunications engineer. I have been a cybersecurity and combat sports fan since the age of eight. Since I was sixteen I have combined work and study, beginning as a systems technician, graduating to software developer, big data and artificial intelligence architect, and finally technical director of my own company, Ironchip. Following this development, as the founder, I have decided to specialise in business and marketing, and my current role is executive director within Ironchip.
Cristina Bentúe


After several masters in Near Eastern Studies, Cristina forged her career in technology startups between Barcelona and the City of London before co-founding IriusRisk. Cristina currently co-manages the R&D department, with a growing team of developers and security analysts. Cristina is an advocate for open platforms and leads the community edition of IriusRisk to offer users a free and collaborative platform to share threat models of system architectures. Cristina is a champion of women in technology and for encouraging girls to choose STEM subjects at an early age.
Gerard Cervelló


Gerard Cervello is professionally specialized in management, business development and in deploying high-profile IT projects. As Blueliv’s General Manager/COO, Gerard has a multi-faceted role of leading, empowering and coaching a world-class team in the sales, marketing, finance, production, delivery and R&D areas to achieve Blueliv’s ambitious objectives, as well as in participating in the company’s strategy and vision.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in multiple positions, having worked his way from the bottom up. Before joining Blueliv, Gerard worked both in large companies such as Philips, and start-ups such as Isoco and Scytl. In the latter, Gerard was part of the successful management team that helped the company become the dominant player in its market, scaling the business from less than 1M to a run rate of over 60M upon his departure in 2016. Gerard holds a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Daniela Kominsky


Daniela Kominsky is Cymulate Country Manager for Iberia. She is an executive with more than 20 years’ experience in business development and marketing in the information technology and systems sector; her career has been spent in international and multicultural environments.
Over the last 10 years, she has led important initiatives in the field of cybersecurity, promoting commerce between Israeli and Spanish companies, acting as a bridge between both countries. She is committed to innovation and entrepreneurship, she has worked with INCIBE to develop the ecosystem of cybersecurity entrepreneurship in Spain, and she participates actively as a conference speaker on these subjects. Moreover, Daniela is a member of the Board of Directors of the Israeli-Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Council of Women4Cyber Spain.
