David Cierco


David Cierco has more than 20 years’ professional experience in the public and private sectors; he has been especially involved in new technologies and the development of the information society.
In the public sector, prior to being Director-General of Red.es, he was an Advisor to the Minister of Industry (2004-2006) and Director General for the Development of the Information Society (2006-2010).
In 2012, he was awarded the Plaque of the Civil Order of Merit in Telecommunications and the Information Society for his exceptional work in running the Plan Avanza, managing 5 billion euros. This Plan was rated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) as one of the best plans for promoting the Information Society and a world leader in that respect.
Also in 2019, while already the Director-General of Red.es, he was awarded the Military Merit Cross for his contribution to significantly improving services related to advanced communications of the Spanish Army thanks to the actions carried out in the framework of the collaboration agreement signed between the Ministry of Defence and RedIRIS.
On the other hand, in the private sector, he has served as Executive Director of the consultancy Emoción Digital (2013-2017), CEO of the technology company Tryp Digital (2017-2018), and Expert Financial Advisor at various bodies such as Ahorro Corporación and Intercapital LTD.
In terms of training, in addition to his undergraduate degree in economics and business and the diploma in economics in England, David Cierco earned three master’s degrees completed between 1999 and 2016: a master’s in finance, another in economics and a third in internet business, which demonstrates his specialist knowledge in the business, economic-financial and digital fields.
Juan Revuelta


Extensive experience in the Spanish Venture Capital sector since 2008, always focused on growth capital investments in innovation and technology. Previously, he worked in the banking sector, as Equity Research Analyst covering the tech sector, and as Engineer in American multinational technology corporations. He is member of the Investment Committee of Swanlaab Venture Factory.
Juan López


Juan has more than 15 years of experience in the world of technology and finance. He is currently a Venture Capitalist investing in a broad range of sectors (Cybersecurity, IoT, BigData, Artificial Intelligence, eCommerce, Enterprise SW). Previously, he led projects at Indra Systems in the defense and cybersecurity division. Juan is B.S. Telecommunication Engineer and holds and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Iván Feito


Iván manages Prosegur Tech Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital from Prosegur Group, a global leader in the security sector; with operations in Cash in Transit, Security, Alarms and Cybersecurity. The main objective of PTV is investing in companies developing B2B products or services directly or indirectly linked with the security industry. The strategy has already been successfully proven with a portfolio of eight high growing performing companies in countries such as Spain, Israel or Germany; and one outstanding exit in just 12 months.
Before Prosegur, Iván worked during eight years as VC at Axon Partners Group, where he was responsible for all the growth investments strategies, including generation and screening of deal flow, portfolio management, and exit strategies. Ivan led the development of numerous different markets for Axon, including the Latin American Market. He has managed very successful exits such as Clickdelivery and Akamon, between others. Before Axon, Iván worked in the Spanish market planning department of Procter & Gamble.
Ignacio Caño


Industrial Engineer and Executive MBA from IE Business School. Currently managing innovation and entrepreneurship at the National Institute of Cybersecurity. He has worked on international multicultural environments leading projects in global Telco companies, and complemented by an extensive experience developing disruptive start-ups. He also supports companies in digital transformation adopting new Cybersecurity business models and digital strategies.
Pablo Moro


Currently, Head of New Ventures at Telefónica Innovation Ventures (Corporate Venture Capital of Telefónica with a current portfolio of 11 startups directly invested and, as a limited partner through 11 Venture Capital Funds, in +100 startups. Telefónica is one of the Top 15 Telecom companies worldwide, with 40Bn+ revenues. Prior to that, I was Head of Innovation at Mutua Madrileña (MM), responsible of defining and launching new products and services to the market. MM is the second largest non-life insurance Group in Spain, with 5+ Bn€ premiums. I was also member of Antai Venture Builder Board of Directors (1st Spanish Venture Builder that launched companies like Wallapop, Glogo…). Before, I worked in Wayra (Telefónica Seed Stage Corporate Venturing Unit) managing the portfolio of their +500 startups and partnerships between them and Telefónica. Also, I started my career working in several positions related with product management and business development in Telefónica Spain. Mentor of several startups in the Spanish and Brazilian ecosystem. Passionate about sports, geopolitics, venture capital and innovation. Executive MBA at IE Business School, Master of Marketing at ESIC Business School and Business Administration at Valladolid University and Bucks New University. My specialties in startups and innovation are focused on Fintech, Cyber, IoT, Video and Health.

Lola Rebollo


She is a graduate in electronic engineering, specialising micromanufacturing, from Wilkes University (USA, 1996). She began her career at Harris Semiconductors and later at Lucent Technologies, working on the PEBB project for the US Government. In 2003, she returned permanently to Spain, where she has held various positions of responsibility at various internationals, until in 2019 she founded L’OLA Consulting, a company that covers posts as interim management in various companies with occasional needs in areas of Management, Operations or Logistics, focusing on digitalisation and new technology integration processes (blockchain, smartcontract, IoT, sensoring, etc...). She has jointly led a blockchain startup for to manage and digitalise first-mile data for the food sector.
She joined INCIBE in February, 2020, as the manager of Enterprise and R&D Support area. Lola is also a private investor focused on giving visibility to STEM projects led by women, as well as projects that promote growth and competitiveness in rural areas. She actively participates as a mentor in the STEM TALENT GIRL programme, which aims to inspire, educate and empower girls and women to work in technical fields. In her spare time she also mentors women in rural Leon.
Lola is an Expert Evaluator for the European Economic Commission (REA) for the FP7, Eureka and H2020 programmes, besides Denmark Fund Investments (DFIs) and INNOWIDE, and she was on the jury of the 3rd Edition of the CSIV (China Spain Innovation Venture) in Madrid and the final of StartUp Olé in Salamanca. In 2018, she was selected for the Promociona VI Edition programme, an Executive programme for Women in Senior Management, run by the Government of Spain, CEOE and ESADE.
