Pablo San Emeterio is passionate about ICT and Cybersecurity. Computer Engineer and Master in Auditing and Information Security by the UPM, he has different certifications such as CISA or CISM. He is founder and director of the cybersecurity company VAPASEC, which provides cybersecurity services and products to help organizations to improve and optimize their digital protection. In addition, he is a professor of the Master in Cybersecurity at UCAM, of the course OSINT: Internet Investigations through open sources of aesYc and of the Master in Cybersecurity at IEBS. Asier Martínez Retenaga


Since 2005 working in the cybersecurity field, I have always been dedicated to malware analysis, forensic analysis, cyber intelligence and cybersecurity incident management. I started my professional career at Panda Security, where I spent six years in the Pandalabs lab, analyzing malware. Subsequently, I worked during four and a half years for the Security and Industry CERT (INCIBE-CERT) of the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) in the content and incident response departments.
Currently, as head of the CERT of the Basque Cybersecurity Center, I coordinate the services and I am in charge of the collaboration with other incident response teams. Throughout my career I have participated as a teacher in training activities for law enforcement agencies both nationally and internationally and I collaborate in several masters and specialization courses in cybersecurity.
María Eugenia Hernández Fernández


Prosecutor for 20 years, the last two and a half years in the specialty of international cooperation.
From April 2014 to July 2019 I have worked as an advisor in the general directorate of international legal cooperation of the ministry of justice where I worked in various international committees such as the committees of the Council of Europe relating to the conventions on combating terrorism and the convention on cybercrime: Budapest convention.
