Vulnerabilities

With the aim of informing, warning and helping professionals with the latest security vulnerabilities in technology systems, we have made a database available for users interested in this information, which is in Spanish and includes all of the latest documented and recognised vulnerabilities.

This repository, with over 75,000 registers, is based on the information from the NVD (National Vulnerability Database) – by virtue of a partnership agreement – through which INCIBE translates the included information into Spanish.

On occasions this list will show vulnerabilities that have still not been translated, as they are added while the INCIBE team is still carrying out the translation process. The CVE  (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Standard for Information Security Vulnerability Names is used with the aim to support the exchange of information between different tools and databases.

All vulnerabilities collected are linked to different information sources, as well as available patches or solutions provided by manufacturers and developers. It is possible to carry out advanced searches, as there is the option to select different criteria to narrow down the results, some examples being vulnerability types, manufacturers and impact levels, among others.

Through RSS feeds or Newsletters we can be informed daily about the latest vulnerabilities added to the repository. Below there is a list, updated daily, where you can discover the latest vulnerabilities.

CVE-2022-0834

Publication date:
23/03/2022
The Amelia WordPress plugin is vulnerable to Cross-Site Scripting due to insufficient escaping and sanitization of the lastName parameter found in the ~/src/Application/Controller/User/Customer/AddCustomerController.php file which allows attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts onto a pages that executes whenever a user accesses the booking calendar with the date the attacker has injected the malicious payload into. This affects versions up to and including 1.0.46.

CVE-2022-0889

Publication date:
23/03/2022
The Ninja Forms - File Uploads Extension WordPress plugin is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting due to missing sanitization of the files filename parameter found in the ~/includes/ajax/controllers/uploads.php file which can be used by unauthenticated attackers to add malicious web scripts to vulnerable WordPress sites, in versions up to and including 3.3.12.

CVE-2022-0888

Publication date:
23/03/2022
The Ninja Forms - File Uploads Extension WordPress plugin is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to insufficient input file type validation found in the ~/includes/ajax/controllers/uploads.php file which can be bypassed making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload malicious files that can be used to obtain remote code execution, in versions up to and including 3.3.0

CVE-2021-27473

Publication date:
23/03/2022
Rockwell Automation Connected Components Workbench v12.00.00 and prior does not sanitize paths specified within the .ccwarc archive file during extraction. This type of vulnerability is also commonly referred to as a Zip Slip. A local, authenticated attacker can create a malicious .ccwarc archive file that, when opened by Connected Components Workbench, will allow the attacker to gain the privileges of the software. If the software is running at SYSTEM level, the attacker will gain admin level privileges. User interaction is required for this exploit to be successful.

CVE-2021-27475

Publication date:
23/03/2022
Rockwell Automation Connected Components Workbench v12.00.00 and prior does not limit the objects that can be deserialized. This vulnerability allows attackers to craft a malicious serialized object that, if opened by a local user in Connected Components Workbench, may result in remote code execution. This vulnerability requires user interaction to be successfully exploited.

CVE-2021-27472

Publication date:
23/03/2022
A vulnerability exists in the RunSearch function of SearchService service in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk AssetCentre v10.00 and earlier, which may allow for the execution of remote unauthenticated arbitrary SQL statements.
Severity CVSS v4.0: Pending analysis

CVE-2021-27471

Publication date:
23/03/2022
The parsing mechanism that processes certain file types does not provide input sanitization for file paths. This may allow an attacker to craft malicious files that, when opened by Rockwell Automation Connected Components Workbench v12.00.00 and prior, can traverse the file system. If successfully exploited, an attacker could overwrite existing files and create additional files with the same permissions of the Connected Components Workbench software. User interaction is required for this exploit to be successful.

CVE-2021-4148

Publication date:
23/03/2022
A vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel's block_invalidatepage in fs/buffer.c in the filesystem. A missing sanity check may allow a local attacker with user privilege to cause a denial of service (DOS) problem.

CVE-2021-27476

Publication date:
23/03/2022
A vulnerability exists in the SaveConfigFile function of the RACompare Service, which may allow for OS command injection. This vulnerability may allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk AssetCentre v10.00 and earlier.

CVE-2021-3748

Publication date:
23/03/2022
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in the virtio-net device of QEMU. It could occur when the descriptor's address belongs to the non direct access region, due to num_buffers being set after the virtqueue elem has been unmapped. A malicious guest could use this flaw to crash QEMU, resulting in a denial of service condition, or potentially execute code on the host with the privileges of the QEMU process.

CVE-2021-4149

Publication date:
23/03/2022
A vulnerability was found in btrfs_alloc_tree_b in fs/btrfs/extent-tree.c in the Linux kernel due to an improper lock operation in btrfs. In this flaw, a user with a local privilege may cause a denial of service (DOS) due to a deadlock problem.

CVE-2021-3618

Publication date:
23/03/2022
ALPACA is an application layer protocol content confusion attack, exploiting TLS servers implementing different protocols but using compatible certificates, such as multi-domain or wildcard certificates. A MiTM attacker having access to victim's traffic at the TCP/IP layer can redirect traffic from one subdomain to another, resulting in a valid TLS session. This breaks the authentication of TLS and cross-protocol attacks may be possible where the behavior of one protocol service may compromise the other at the application layer.
