Josemaría Sánchez
Josemaría has more than 30 years of experience, always in the new technologies sector. He is professionally specialized in the specification, development, deployment and management of IT projects. During his last 15 years, in the Telefónica Group he has managed numerous projects at an international level.
At the end of 2018 he founded his own company, Brain & Tech, specialized in the application of Artificial Intelligence to Cybersecurity.
At the training level, in addition to studies in Technical Telecommunications Engineering (Universidad Politecnica de Madrid), he completed a Master in Big Data and Business Analytics (Miguel de Cervantes European University) and a course on "Expert in Advanced Machine Learning" (MBIT School Madrid).

Throughout his nearly 26 years with the company, he has served as EURA's Director of Engineering and Global Director of Strategic Solutions. This trajectory has allowed him to have extensive experience and experience in the process automation sector.
Óscar Sánchez
Professional with more than eighteen years of experience in technology and more than ten years in cybersecurity. He develops his career as Director of Cybersecurity in a leading company in the luxury sector. He is a member of the board of the ISMS Forum Barcelona chapter and collaborates as a lecturer in two master's degree programmes in Cybersecurity and in the ISACA Barcelona chapter.
Miguel Ángel Ballesteros
He is General of the Brigade of Artillery and doctor in Political and Social Sciences from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. From 2009 to 2018 he was director of the Spanish Institute for Strategic Studies. He is the author of two books: "In Search of a National Security Strategy", and "Jihadism."
Luis Pérez Freire
Luis holds a PhD in Telecommunications since 2008, and he has been leading since 2015 Gradiant, a research and technology organisation with international reputation in the areas of connectivity, intelligence and cibersecurity.
As a a researcher, Luis has focused on information security and multimedia processing, areas where he holds numerous publications and several patents. He has participated in multiple national and internacional R&D projects, with remarkable colaborations with the industry in R&D projects and tech licensing, introducing cutting-edge technologies in the market
José María Blasco Ruiz
José María Blasco Ruiz is State Chartered Economist and Trade Expert (civil servant) with a double degree in Economics (Public Economy) and Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Zaragoza.
José María is Director of the Infrastructure, Health and Digital Entrepreneurship Division of ICEX and he previously was Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Spanish Embassies in Israel and Singapore, Director at ICEX-Invest in Spain and Deputy Assistant General Director at Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
José Antonio Cascallana
Graduate in Economics and expert in cybersecurity, with more than 20 years of experience in ICT, the last eight of them focused in cybersecurity industry.
After eleven years at INCIBE (Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute), since 2018 he is working at Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud TECH. His current role, during the last two years, is Director of C4IN Innovation Center in León specialized in OT cybersecurity.
