Javier Zubieta holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid and is a Private Security Director accredited by the Spanish State Secretariat for Security. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, Javier is currently the Marketing and Communications Director of Secure e-Solutions at GMV and President of the Cybersecurity Commission at AMETIC.
Patricia Alonso, Manager / INCIBE-CERT
Telecommunications engineer with more than 20 years of experience in IT projects management focused on public services for citizens, divided between the emergency and cybersecurity sectors. In the last stage of her professional career, she joined the INCIBE team as Head of the Cybersecurity Helpline and Early Warning service, later assuming the position of of reactive and preventive services at INCIBE-CERT, where she currently Works.
Erkuden Rios, Project Manager / TECNALIA
Erkuden Rios (0000-0001-5541-1091) is project manager in the Cybersecurity team of Tecnalia Research & Innovation centre in Spain. She has coordinated and participated in multiple international R&D&I projects in different areas of research such as cloud security, Artificial Intelligence for prevention and detection of cyber threats and for security orchestration automation, cyber risk analysis, and resilience of critical infrastructures.
Noelia Escobar Izquierdo, Coordinator of the CPI working group / AMETIC
25 years of experience in strategic consulting and innovation incentives, collaborating in different associations, forums and technological platforms.
Graduate in Economics. Institutional Manager at INCOTEC, Vice President of AFIDI (Spanish Association for the Promotion of R&D Financing), member of the Board of Directors of the Women's Network for Innovation and Technology and coordinator of the CPI working group at AMETIC.
