Throughout my career in the ICT sector, I have worked at leading companies such as Telefónica, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Iberdrola before joining the administration of La Rioja in 2006. For more than 15 years, I have held various roles related to information security and data protection.
Since 2022, I have been leading the security division, which was established as an independent unit within the General Directorate for the Digital Society. Additionally, I have served as the Data Protection Officer at the Riojano Health Service since 2018.

Workshop on OSINT techniques for investigating cybersecurity incidents
The workshop will focus on OSINT and the importance of digital investments through the Internet. OSINT concepts will be defined, commenting on the importance of digital investigation as a complement to other types of investigations (financial investigation, physical investigation, etc.) when it comes to clarifying crimes and unmasking their perpetrators.
Civil Guard teams and professionals dedicated to carrying out digital investigations will be presented, in the field of Judicial Police, Information and Intelligence, and other specialties (Ucoma-Seprona, etc.). A real case will also be presented, of the procedure carried out to unmask an important hacker, thanks to OSINT techniques.
