Roberto is an Associate Professor at the University of Granada and a member of the Network Security and Engineering Group (NESG). He earned his telecommunications engineering degree from the University of Málaga in 2008. His research interests focus on providing security solutions in networks and communication systems, primarily through the use of machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms.

More than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, much of which was developed at the Secretary of State for Security,     specializing in systems architecture and critical OT infrastructures.

He has participated in pentesting and vulnerability analysis projects in Industrial Control Systems, carried out at the NATO Cyber Excellence Center Tallinn, (Estonia).

Sheila Casserly is Director of Digital Policy at the global energy management and industrial automation company, Schneider Electric. In her role, Sheila works to advance effective cybersecurity policy through internal collaboration and external engagement with industry peers and policymakers. Sheila also co-chairs the Operational Technology (OT) Working Group within the U.S. IT Sector Coordinating Council, where she aims to strengthen representation of OT in cybersecurity policy and unite the OT community around common goals for more secure industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.

Head of Technology Risk Division within the Directorate General of Banking Supervision at Banco de España. She has more than 20 years of experience as an IT risk supervisor and regulator in the banking sector. Silvia represents Banco de España in several international regulatory bodies and institutions on topics related to cyber risk, cyber resilience, third party risk and cloud computing.

She co-chairs the SSM Network on IT risk as well as the European Banking Authority Subgroup on IT risk. She is also part of the BCBS Operational Resilience Group.

Stéphane L. Maisons, founder and CEO of Sherpa Tribe, is a pioneer in the digital ecosystem and startup financing in Spain. An economist trained at the Sorbonne, he has founded over 30 projects and led initiatives such as Infovia, Terra, Campus 42, and Fellow Funders. Entrepreneur, investor, and mentor, his career spans over 30 years of technological innovation.

Mr. Fallas has +29 years of information technology experience, specializing in information security for +22 years. Today is a Strategic Architect Leader for Trellix, in the America region. Their projects include analysis and design and implementation of computer science security architecture and security. incident response process, disaster recovery plan, business impact analysis, assessment in the commercial, financial, government and SCADA sectors. A few of their achievements include the development and implementation of the security operation center in ITS Info-Communication (Partner from ISS) in San Jose, Costa Rica in 2004. Creator of the regional seminary of computer science security “Beyond the Password” in the city of San Jose, Costa Rica in 2002, 2003, 2005 and the 2004 in the city of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Number one global Security System Engineer in America from IBM Internet Security System in 2006. In 2016 to 2019 drive the TALOS Threat Intelligence LATAM experience and in 2018 creator of the LATAM CISO Summit run in Americas and part of the Cybersecurity Council with OAS in LATAM, execute different activities in the region like: Cybersecurity Compliance, Threat Hunting, Customer Experience, Cyber Defense Clinics, Incident Response Experience. Collaborator in the content of the Partner Summit for Trellix in 2022. Part of the Digi-Americas Group.
