Mark Ryland is the Director of the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) at Amazon Web Service (AWS) reporting to the CISO of AWS and leading a global team of experts who engage with customers on behalf of AWS Security leadership. The OCISO team helps customers to understand more deeply how AWS builds and operates its highly secure cloud offerings, and how they can best leverage the AWS cloud to enhance their own security posture.

With a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Carlos III University of Madrid, she has specialized in child safety and content safety at Google. She was previously the Director of Public Affairs at Adigital, the Spanish Association for the Digital Economy, and has held various roles at the CEOE's EU office in Brussels and the European Economic and Social Committee.

Marta has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid. She began her professional career as an information security consultant, and later developed her knowledge in the field of data protection. Six years ago, Marta joined Iberia Líneas Aéreas Españolas as DPD, where she has been developing her professional career in the field of data protection for all these years, and currently adding to her duties the supervision of compliance with the Artificial Intelligence Regulation.

Matthew Webster is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of experience driving strategic IT, sales, and information security initiatives. As a three-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), including a global leadership role, he has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing security teams.

With over 20 IT and cybersecurity certifications under his belt, including CISSP and CRISC, Matthew is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with a deep focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. His expertise in compliance, risk management, cyber risk quantification, and cyber resilience is unparalleled. Matthew has successfully architected and implemented numerous cybersecurity programs from the ground up across diverse industries, including federal and state government, financial services, and healthcare. His ability to operationalize stringent frameworks such as NIST 800-53, HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and CMMI is a testament to his deep industry knowledge.

Showing his entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew is the founder of the New York City-based cybersecurity firm Cyvergence specializing in advanced business-focused cybersecurity consultation and innovative solutions to address emerging threats. His book, Do No Harm: Protecting Connected Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Data from hackers and adversarial nation states, is a cornerstone text in the field being utilized in both professional and higher education environments.

Miguel Angel Cañada is Head of the National Coordination Center (NCC-ES INCIBE) of the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute, the entity designated to coordinate in Spain the network of the European Cybersecurity Competence Center of the European Commission (ECCC). He is also Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chair representing National Public Authorities of the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO).

Expert in Public affairs, Miguel has more than 15 years’ experience both in the public and private sector in LatAm and the EU. Prior to INCIBE, he was Cybersecurity Program Officer at the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism of the Organization of American States (OAS). Also, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and in the private technology and telecom sector.

Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, and bachelor’s degree in Journalism, both of them from the University of Navarra (Spain); an Executive Certificate Program in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University (US) and a Postgraduate Program in Public Affairs Management from ICADE-Comillas University (Spain). His academic experience includes visiting professor in Political and Strategic Communications in EAE Business School (Spain)
