The computer security congress Rooted CON was born with the purpose of promoting the exchange of knowledge among members of the security community, in particular by claiming the enormous capacity of Spanish-speaking professionals.

One of the first premises they had was to maintain rigidly the principle of neutrality of each of their editions. In Rooted CON, the members of the security community, students, professionals, companies, amateurs, state forces, hackers and, why not, artists and academics can and will be able to speak and present their ideas.
