Oni has worked extensively in the areas of operational and financial risk, including but not limited to, cyber security, business continuity, and corporate strategy.
He is a partner at Alinea VC, a pre-series A venture capital firm focused across four market sectors; Fintech, Cyber Security, Supply Chain, and Climate Software Technologies.
He also serves as Founder and Partner of Sora Defense Systems, a for-profit cyber think tank and intelligence platform. He most recently served as the Chief Risk Officer for a financial organization where he was responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of systems that transacted $115 billion dollars yearly in payments.
Oni’s prior professional experiences include CEO of GSC Assets, a crisis alpha hedge fund, Managing Partner of Argon Holdings, a boutique private equity firm focused on emerging defense technologies, and business impact consulting for various fortune 500 companies and investment banks.

I have been developing my leadership for more than 25 years in the financial sector, standing out in areas of risk management, information security and cybersecurity, technology and auditing.
I have extensive experience in the implementation, leadership and administration of Non-Financial Risk Management Systems, Information Security and Cybersecurity, with solid knowledge in Comprehensive Risk Management Systems; management of information technology projects, based on a methodological culture and management indicators. Experience in planning, execution and supervision of audits related to information technologies, operational risks (SARO), money laundering (SARLAFT), business continuity (BCM), business impact analysis (BIA) and compliance with external circulars of the Financial Superintendence of Colombia such as 029, 042, 007, 005.

From 2013 to 2017, she served as Risk Management Master Professional at Asobancaria, managing strategic initiatives for the Treasury and Financial Affairs Committees, working closely with banks to advance Colombia's financial markets. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, Javier is currently the Marketing and Communications Director of Secure e-Solutions at GMV and President of the Cybersecurity Commission at AMETIC.
Telecommunications engineer with more than 20 years of experience in IT projects management focused on public services for citizens, divided between the emergency and cybersecurity sectors. In the last stage of her professional career, she joined the INCIBE team as Head of the Cybersecurity Helpline and Early Warning service, later assuming the position of of reactive and preventive services at INCIBE-CERT, where she currently Works.
