Alejandro Las Heras Vázquez holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed an Executive Development Program at ESADE. With over 20 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity, he has held executive positions at Grupo Eulen, including CTO, CISO and CDO. He is currently the CEO of the Cybersecurity Agency of the Community of Madrid.

Her expertise lies in various areas of cybersecurity research, including cybersecurity risk management, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence within the cybersecurity domain.

Previously, he was the managing global director for cybersecurity consulting at Infosys and before that worked in a national security division of the US Department of Energy and at Microsoft as a group CTO.
