Currently, she serves as the Innovation Manager at Tetuan Valley, where she manages the community of entrepreneurs and experts, and leads the accelerator's partnership strategy. Her role includes directing innovation programs with corporations and institutions, aiming to expand entrepreneurship across various sectors and foster entrepreneurial thinking.
She has extensive experience in executing entrepreneurship projects with startups, identifying their needs, and providing them with the most effective tools for growth. At the Tetuan Valley Startup School, she works on scouting and promoting calls for applications, attracting over 150 startups annually and supporting their development.
She is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, dedicating herself to driving initiatives that foster the advancement of new ideas and technologies.

Dr. Joanna Świątkowska is the Deputy Secretary General at the European Cyber Security Organisation - ECSO. Previously, she served as the Director in the Supply Chain Cyber and Information Security team at UBS. She was the initiator and Programme Director of the European Cybersecurity Forum – CYBERSEC. In recognition of her contributions, she was named one of the 100 Eastern Europe’s emerging technology stars by the Financial Times & New Europe 100 for 2017, and was also included in the Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity by the Women in Tech summit for 2019.
