Sara García

She counts with 20 years experience in the ICT sector and is currently running the position of Head of Talent in Cybersecurity ant INCIBE and also collaborates with various programmes to raise awareness in Cybersecurity and the increase of women in STEM disciplines.

Paloma García López is the Director of Standardization and Stakeholders of the Spanish Association for Standardization, UNE since January 2018. She began her professional career in the consulting sector, later moving to the AENOR Standardization Division, where she was integrated in the area of energy, being later responsible for the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector, coordinating the activity of the national standardization committees in this field, and actively participating in the European and International initiatives of the sector. From 2012 to 2018 she has been Head of Business Development in the Association.
Paloma García is Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and Master in Development for Management from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).

Miguel has over 15 years of international experience in digital transformation, strategic management, and leadership in both corporate and public sectors. He has held key roles in the private and public sectors recently serving as digital transformation advisor to Spain's Vice President and previously as a partner at Oliver Wyman in New York. Currently, Miguel is the Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy of Google for Iberia.

Jose Miguel Rosell


Senior Industrial Engineer, specialized in electrical engineering, from the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
He is currently CEO and founder of S2 Grupo, a company specialized in Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence. Consultant specialized in Cybersecurity, Critical Systems Operation and in Real Time Management Systems.
He is currently an expert in Digital Economy and Digital Transformation processes.
He leads rapid intervention teams in the management of cybersecurity incidents working from the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) of S2 Grupo and collaborating with other baseline Cybersecurity Operations Centers at the national level such as the CERT of the CNI, the CERT of INCIBE, the CERT of the Joint Command of Cyberspace and the CSIRT-CV of the Valencian Government.
Javier López


Javier López is Full Professor at University of Malaga and Head of NICS Lab research group. He has leaded more than fifty research projects and published almost one hundred papers in international journals with impact factor, and also has (co)-supervised 16 PhD thesis. He is the President of the Spanish Network of Excellence on Cibersecurity Research (RENIC).
Ignacio Álvarez


Industrial Engineer specializing in Industrial Organization and Degree in Industrial Electronic and Automatic Engineering. Within his professional life he holds the position of Technical Director of Automation and Digitization in the Factory Automation Business Unit and at the same time he is Product & Solution Security Officer of the Digital Industries Division, both in Siemens. Additionally, he collaborates as an expert in the CCI.
Among other additional training, he has an Executive MBA from the University of Alcalá de Henares, a Master in Industrial Communications from Siemens Nixdorf and a Master in Cybersecurity from CCI.
