Idoia has in-depth knowledge and proven experience in Cybersecurity operations and management, Global Defence Capabilities, and IT Risk and Technology Management with more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in multinational companies (IBM, Andersen, BearingPoint and Santander). 

Besides working at Santander, she is part of the International Security Advisory Board of Telefonica since 2018.

In Santander Group since 2006 in different roles, I have been fortunate in the last 3 years to be part of the transformation of Cybersecurity into a completely Global unit that is a reference and model in the sector, working for the Global CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), Daniel Barriuso. She is currently leading the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all the CISOs of the Group entities, including the digital units.

Frequent speaker at cyber security conferences and an industry champion for women and girls in cybersecurity and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Founder of Women In CyberSecurity Spain (WICS) in 2018, Vicepresident of Women4Cyber Spain since 2020, and part of Santander Women Network (SWN).
 

Guillermo Fernández is a National Police Commissioner. He entered the National Police School in 1998. He has a degree in Business Sciences, a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Public Security and a Diploma in the General Staff.

His professional career has been developed mainly in judicial police investigation units against economic crime and organized crime, although he has also been assigned to citizen security units, as well as serving abroad one year in UNIOGBI, in Guinea Bissau.

Gorka is a senior executive and expert in cyber security, enterprise risk management, digital fraud prevention and business continuity, with significant experience as CISO in different market-leading financial services organizations and multiple geographies.
From in depth engineering to board level management by enabling risk decisions to be made consistently. Focused on implementing cyber security strategies that are built from the pillars to avant-garde security capabilities, integrated across the entire organization, products and services in order to protect the business from the ever-increasing digital threats.
 

Elena Matilla works as an Associate Director at Accenture Security since August 2021.  Previously she worked as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Red Electrica Group for five years.

She has an over 20-year experience, working in cybersecurity field for different industries focusing on governance, strategy, risks and compliance. She worked at ISDEFE- Engineering Systems for the Defense of Spain, leading cybersecurity projects for the Spanish Ministries of Defense and Interior. Before, she worked as an Information Security Project Manager at France Telecom. 

She holds a telecommunication degree and an information security master and several cybersecurity and IT certificates. 

She collaborates at Spanish National Cybersecurity Forum, on behalf of Providers of Essential Services. She contributes as a Scientific Committee Member at EIP Chair in Cybersecurity. Speaker and lecturer in several cybersecurity postgraduates, forums and specific courses. 
 

Entrepreneur, serial tech inventor and visionary David Barroso is the CEO and founder of CounterCraft, a market leader in enterprise cybersecurity. Prior to founding CounterCraft and developing the Cyber Deception Platform, described as radical and ground breaking, he held executive tech and business roles at ElevenPaths (Telefónica Tech flagship cybersecurity unit), and set up and led the cybercrime division at S21sec (leading pure-play European cybersecurity company).

Barroso is recognised globally for his contribution to the industry as a captivating speaker, lecturer and thought leader, regularly found leading the debate about emerging threats at BlackHat and RSA conferences, among many others.

Degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University in Madrid. He has been a career civil servant since 1993. 

He belongs to the Higher Corps of Systems and Technologies of the Social Security Administration, having performed various positions in the General State Administration. Specifically between 2006 and 2020 he has held the positions of Deputy-Director of Business Development and Deputy-Director of Support for SMEs in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, and is currently Deputy-Director of Talent and Digital Entrepreneurship in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
 

Andreu is Cisco Spain General Manager since March 2019, leading all country activities.

Holding more than 27 years’ experience in the IT industry, prior to this role Andreu held a variety of leadership positions at Sage, T-Systems Iberia, and Orange. 

Andreu holds a Master Degree Electronic Engineering by Ramón Llull-La Salle University, MBA from ESADE, and Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
 

Luis Álvarez, has been in positions of responsibility for more than 30 years. A former CEO of BT Global Services, he has previously worked for Ericsson, IBM, and Grupo Santander. A Telecommunications engineer, his background has allowed him to connect with business leaders from many companies and opinion leaders around the world.

Expert on cybersecurity projects management, organizational, and process transformation to improve security posture. Over 20 years managing cybersecurity projects and deploying solutions on complex environments. With more than 17 years of experience as CISO or Security Manager in large organizations from diverse sectors (Insurance, Banking, Telecom and Consultancy Services), with responsibility for delivery, people, and budget. Always focused on achieving maximum results and transform organizations to make them safer in cyberspace. Currently working as Global CISO of Codere Group.
