Rosa Díaz Moles


Rosa Díaz Moles holds a degree in Exact Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid and also studied a General Management Program from the IESE Business School. She has been part of the INCIBE team since June 2019, first as the Deputy Director of Companies and Professionals, then as Deputy Director for Business Support and R&D&I since September 2019 and as General Director since November.
With a solid background in the ICT sector, Rosa Díaz has held different managerial positions in companies such as Sage Spain, where she became Director of Operations in the SME and Self-Employed and Training Division, Santander Elavon Merchant Services S.L., where she was Support Director and Panda Security where she worked as the Country Manager Iberia for almost four years.
She belongs to different groups whose objective is to bring visibility to women in jobs in ICT, particularly in the cybersecurity sector. She has also been an INCIBE cyber-cooperator since May 2018 with the aim of spreading and raising awareness among young people and families about the importance of cybersecurity in order to be safer in our digital lives.
Luis Jiménez


Lieutenant Colonel on special leave of absence (43rd class of the General Military Academy). A Cryptology Specialist and Decryption Specialist at the Defence Information Centre (CESID). He has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Communications Systems Management (ICT) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the National Institute of Public Administration. He has a diploma from the XL National Defence Course. He holds various specialist ICT security certificates He is a member of the National Cybersecurity Council of Spain, a national representative on the Information Security and Cybersecurity Committees of the Council of the European Union and of NATO, and a member of the Executive Committee of the ICT Strategy Commission of the General State Administration. Among his main responsibilities of his current post are driving and developing the National Cybersecurity Strategy, supporting the implementation of the National Security Framework in the civil service, improving Security Incident Response capabilities and improving ICT Security Assessment and Certification capabilities.
José Ruiz


Jose Francisco Ruiz Gualda, with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Granada, has more than 14 years of experience in cybersecurity certification under different standards such as Lince or Common Criteria. Jose is the CTO of jtsec, a CCN accredited laboratory.Jose is member of the SCCG (Stakeholder Cybersecurity Certification Group), secretary of CTN320 SC3 in UNE and editor in JTC13 WG3 of the FITCEM methodology.
Fernando de la Mata


Cybersecurity and fraud professional with more than 20 years of experience, mainly in the financial sector. Throughout my professional life I have been fortunate to cover and learn from all possible security functions, and my last roles have been responsible for the global cyber operations of BBVA and CISO of BBVA USA.
Enrique Martín


Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Valladolid, MBA from the School of Industrial Organization. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, developing and marketing digitization solutions in companies. Currently collaborates with companies and public administrations in the implementation of Samsung technology to improve their organizations.

Alberto Urueña is a Doctor in Economics and Innovation Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), Executive MBA from the Business Institute, Master in Telecommunications Economics from UNED and Telecommunications Engineer also from UPM. He is currently Deputy Deputy Director of the Red.es Observatory (ONTSI)
