Enrique López González (León, 1960), Orcid: 0000-0003-1477-5416. PhD in Economics. Full Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting - University of León (2000). Full Member of the RACEF - Institute of Spain (2020). He appears in the 2002 edition of The International Who's Who of Professional Educators (Historical Society USA). His scientific contributions have been oriented to the design and treatment of information in environments of uncertainty and complexity for management decision-making in the search for competitive advantages.

Managing Director of Forgepoint Capital with three decades of technology M&A and investment experience. Previously led cybersecurity investments at TempoCap and served as a Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Hewlett-Packard and a Technology, Media, and Telecom investment banker at J.P. Morgan. He founded an IT services firm in Paris and an internet service provider in Montreal.

Carlos Moreira da Silva has 20+ year’s in Telecoms and Technology covering operations, strategy and investments, having been an active investor in cybersecurity and infrastructure software since 2013.

Carlos is co-chair of Invest4Cyber working group at ECSO since 2018 and is currently board member at StrikeReady and DataGalaxy.

Previously had several non-executive board and board observer positions in Arctic Wolf, Cybersixgill, Deepfence, Excellium, Hackuity and Reblaze. Carlos was also the Operating Partner and CFO of S21sec.

Vicente Gonzalez joined the Market, Certification and Standardisation Unit of EU Agency for Cybersecurity in March 2021, and also is part of the Research and innovation team. He is currently the Chair of ENISA Thematic Group for Vulnerability Handling on Certified Solutions. Prior joining ENISA he worked for 17 years for a state-owned company property of the Spanish Ministry of Defence – ISDEFE. Vicente holds multiple Cybersecurity certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA and ETH.

After being part of one of the first providers of Internet services in Spain (1996), has played his professional work as a security consultant and auditor IT -Information Technology- while maintaining a constant commitment to research and development on security information, cryptography and cryptanalysis.

Head of INCIBE's Cybersecurity Laboratory. Previously an expert in cyber threat intelligence, digital surveillance and cyber incident and crisis management at INCIBE-CERT. Telecommunications Engineer from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA).

Computer Engineer by University of León, Professional Master in Cybersecurity. With extensive experience in different departments of INCIBE with more than 15 years working directly and indirectly for the organization, last 10 years in cybersecurity. Currently Head of the Innovation Public Procurement Department.

Belisario Contreras is a recognized and thoughtful contributor to information technology and cybersecurity. Belisario’s work has involved a careful balance between understanding international policymaking and its practical applications. In his role at the Organization of American States (OAS) as manager and head of the cybersecurity program, Belisario applied his skills and experience to substantively raise the organization's influence in the cyber domain. Belisario's experience is recognized by top-tier organizations such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), where he was invited to serve on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Cybersecurity (C4C) and to co-chair the Global Future Council of Cybersecurity, among other notable roles. Currently, as the coordinator of the Digi Americas Alliance and a member of the advisory boards at Duke University and (ISC)² LATAM, he continues to contribute to shaping the global cybersecurity agenda.
