As an experienced IT manager with more than 11 years in the tech industry, and over 7 years in managerial roles, I have dedicated my career to advancing technology and driving efficiency across diverse projects. My journey has led me to work with four different companies, where I have successfully delivered projects focused on process improvement, enhancing security technologies, and upgrading infrastructure.
I have a strong track record in implementing automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and chatbot technologies, which have significantly contributed to streamlining operations and improving organizational performance. My approach combines strategic vision with practical solutions, ensuring that the companies I work with are well-equipped to meet the demands of the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Frank Aiello


Frank Aiello is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Maximus, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the information security program across the enterprise. He is an experienced leader with more than 30 years of business and technical experience specializing in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Maximus in August 2018, Frank was the CISO for the American Red Cross, where he implemented a strategy focused on maturing its security program. He began his career in professional services, culminating in his roles as the vice president managing the Washington, D.C. office for a mid-sized consulting firm and the Mid-Atlantic technology practice leader for a “Big Four” accounting firm. Over the years, he has consulted with large corporations across various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and energy, as well as federal government agencies. Frank holds a Master of Science degree in software systems engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Penn State University.
Chris Tuijn


Chris Tuijn studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Antwerp and graduated in 1985. In 1992, he obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Data Modeling) from the same university.
He joined Agfa Graphics in 1987 and has since then involved in the design and development of software solutions for the Printing Market. In 2022, Agfa Graphics was acquired by a German investor and changed its name to ECO3.
At ECO3, Chris is now responsible for the development of customer facing, on-line applications. He is also responsible for the deployment of all on-line software services at ECO3. As such, he is in particular interested in all security aspects involved in the design and deployment of these solutions.

My career has been marked by a proven track record of leading and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, both nationally and internationally. I'm adept at translating business objectives into actionable security strategies, and my cultural fluency allows me to thrive in diverse environments.
Currently, I serve as the Information Security Manager at Azul Brazilian Airlines, where I lead a talented team in safeguarding the digital assets of one of Brazil's leading airlines. My role encompasses ensuring compliance with stringent standards like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, CIS, ENISA, OWASP, PTES, and COSO.
Prior to this, I held key positions at ZF Group, where I spearheaded cybersecurity and data protection initiatives across South America, North America and Europe. My experience also includes managing IT infrastructure and leading teams in diverse environments.
My deep expertise in Information Security and Data Protection has been cultivated through years of hands-on experience and strategic leadership. I've spearheaded critical projects in Cybersecurity Data Protection & Privacy, Identity and Access Management, and Governance and Risk Compliance, and I'm passionate about adopting innovative, military-inspired strategies for cybersecurity defense.
I’m a Computer Engineer holding an MBA in IT Management, further solidifying my commitment to excellence in the field. Additionally, I possess key certifications such as the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional, and certifications in Military Strategy and Tactics for Cybersecurity, which underscore my dedication to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge and best practices.
