A career prosecutor since 1987, since July 11, 2011 I have been working as a Prosecutor attached to the Specialized Unit against Computer Crime of the State Attorney General's Office from which, under the direction of the Prosecutor in charge of the Unit, all the actions of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Spain related to Computer Crime are coordinated at the national level.
Alberto Redondo


Cte Redondo is Head of the Criminal Cyberintelligence Group of the UTPJ, the criminal analysis unit of the Guardia Civil. He has served as Commander of Main Post in the specialty of Public Safety between 2008 and 2012, then becoming part of the UTPJ creating the Criminal Cyberintelligence Group. With a career of more than twelve years dedicated to the fight against organized crime and serious crime through new technologies, he has extensive experience in research, criminal analysis and international cooperation, being also representative of Guardia Civil in many forums on this subject, both strategic and operational.

From April 2014 to July 2019 I worked as an advisor in the general directorate of international legal cooperation of the ministry of justice where I worked in various international committees such as the committees of the Council of Europe relating to the conventions on combating terrorism and the convention on cybercrime: Budapest Convention.
Ángel Hueca


Dr. Angel L. Hueca is a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Researcher at the CERT Division of the SEI, at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Hueca has been working with the international support team at the SEI since 2017. The SEI international support team works with US partnering nations, assisting with cyber capacity building through the U.S. Department of State. Prior to working at the SEI, Dr. Hueca was a federal contractor in Washington D.C. serving as an Information Systems Security Officer.

Melissa Sirera is a Cybersecurity Operations Researcher within the CERT Division of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Sirera has been working with the International Support Team at the SEI since 2023. The SEI International Support Team works with US partnering nations, assisting with cyber capacity building through the U.S. Department of State. Prior to working at the SEI, Ms. Sirera managed technical intelligence operations for a large U.S. bank.
