Elvira Tejada de la Fuente
Elvira Tejada de la Fuente. She joined the Public Prosecutor's Office in 1981 and has been a Prosecutor of the Supreme Court since 2004. In charge of the Area of Specialization against Cybercrime of the Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office since July 2011, function in which she has been renewed in 2017 and 2022. In this capacity she directs the Network of Prosecutors specialized in the fight against cybercrime deployed throughout the territory of the State and coordinates its relationship with the groups and units dedicated to this matter at the national level. He is a member of the General Codification Commission of the Ministry of Justice, permanent member of the Monitoring Commission of the National Plan against Cybercrime of the Ministry of the Interior and representative of Spain in the Budapest Convention of the Council of Europe whose biannual meetings he regularly attends. He participates in teaching activities in the national and international framework.
Anish Bachu


Mr. Anish Bachu is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Security Specialist attached to the Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) under the Ministry of National Security for almost 5 years. He is the team lead for CSIRT operations and his duties range from incident response, vulnerability and cyber threat monitoring at a national level and cyber security assessments of government systems and infrastructure. o Anish has served as the technical security lead for numerous projects across the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago including the national cyber risk assessment 2021/2022 project and the development of an information sharing and analysis center (ISAC) for bank and nonbank financial institutions in Trinidad and Tobago.
Claudio Miguel Peguero Castillo


He is a Systems Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) with a Master's Degree in Electronic Commerce from APEC University and a Master's Degree in Cybercrime Investigation and Digital Forensics from the University of Dublin, Ireland. He teaches in the Master's Degree in Cybersecurity at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).
Member of the National Police of the Dominican Republic since 1988, currently with the rank of General, occupying positions such as Commander of the Department of Investigation of Crimes and High Technology Crimes (DICAT), Director of Planning and Development and Inspector General among many others.

A career prosecutor since 1987, since July 11, 2011 I have been working as a Prosecutor attached to the Specialized Unit against Computer Crime of the State Attorney General's Office from which, under the direction of the Prosecutor in charge of the Unit, all the actions of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Spain related to Computer Crime are coordinated at the national level.

Cte Redondo is Head of the Criminal Cyberintelligence Group of the UTPJ, the criminal analysis unit of the Guardia Civil. He has served as Commander of Main Post in the specialty of Public Safety between 2008 and 2012, then becoming part of the UTPJ creating the Criminal Cyberintelligence Group. With a career of more than twelve years dedicated to the fight against organized crime and serious crime through new technologies, he has extensive experience in research, criminal analysis and international cooperation, being also representative of Guardia Civil in many forums on this subject, both strategic and operational.

Prosecutor for 20 years, the last three and a half years in the specialty of international cooperation. From April 2014 to July 2019 I worked as an advisor in the general directorate of international legal cooperation of the ministry of justice where I worked in various international committees such as the committees of the Council of Europe relating to the conventions on combating terrorism and the convention on cybercrime: Budapest Convention.
