In 2014 he founded a technology consulting company through which he provides professional services.
Since 2015 he has chaired the Digital Society Committee of the Spanish Institute of Engineering.

Fernando de la Mata has more than 20 years of experience working in security in the financial sector. He has held different positions, such as global head of security operations, CISO of BBVA USA, and currently global head of cybersecurity. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA from IE.
José Luis Pérez Pajuelo


Commander of the Guardia Civil. Graduate in Law and Degree in Business Administration and Management. He also holds a Master's Degree in Security, a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Management, a Master's Degree in Risk Prevention, a Military Diploma and a Master's Degree in Management and Direction of ICT Systems and Information Security.
Among other courses in the professional field, he has been awarded the title of Senior Specialist in Judicial Police or Senior Information Specialist, as well as other national and international courses at the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Police College, Europol, FBI, or the International Atomic Energy Organisation.
He has developed his professional career in different areas of security as head of the Guardia Civil at the Reina Sofia International Airport, the General Staff of the Deputy Operational Directorate, and the Central Operational Unit of the Judicial Police, until he joined the Secretariat of State for Security, where he is currently the Director of the National Centre for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure-CNPIC, of the Secretariat of State for Security.
In the CNPIC he has been responsible for the coordination of the different Working Groups for the elaboration of the Strategic Sectorial Plans, of those sectors declared as strategic by Spain, and included in the Law 8/2011 on Critical Infrastructure Protection, as well as one of those responsible for the implementation of the National PIC System, among other tasks.

Jesús Sánchez López


Since May, 2018, as the Global CISO of Naturgy, I´ve been leading the global transformation project of the Group's Cybersecurity function, directing the company's human talent towards the culture of Cyber-resilience and Cybersecurity by Design, implementing the best risk models, policies, processes solutions and systems, and enabling digital transformation of the Company.
For the previous four years (2014 to 2018) I was responsible for the corporate global Infrastructure, Operations, Development and Maintenance (as Head of Global Infrastructure and Application Management). That includes the responsibility of all the DevOps transformation, LEAN and ITIL implementations, IT project portfolio management, and optimization of all the maintenance services for Naturgy applications (more than 700 apps).
Until 2014, I worked in the GasNatural Group, Union Fenosa and several Consulting firms like E&Y and CagGemini. In those years, i´ve been involved in great IT implementations, spin-offs, carve-outs and transformation initiatives, and also in important Productivity plans, implementing several efficiency projects for the Corporate and IT functions in many Energy and Utilities companies.
Elena García Díez


Elena is currently the Chief Information Security Officer of Indra. So, she is responsible for the definition, development and monitoring of the company's security strategy, services and controls at a global level.
Telecommunications Engineer with experience in different areas of information technology and team and project management. Specialized in the definition, direction and operation of cybersecurity strategies, services and projects, it has specific certifications such as PMP, CISA and CISM.
Prior to Indra, she worked at different levels and areas of activity at the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) and at different telecommunications services and consulting companies.
She regularly collaborates in specialized forums and training actions in the Cybersecurity sector. Since its creation in 2019, she has collaborated as a Founder Member of Women4Cyber of ECSO (European Organization for Cybersecurity) and, at the national level, she is part of the Board of Directors of the Spanish chapter of WOMEN4CYBER.
