Vulnerabilities

With the aim of informing, warning and helping professionals with the latest security vulnerabilities in technology systems, we have made a database available for users interested in this information, which is in Spanish and includes all of the latest documented and recognised vulnerabilities.

This repository, with over 75,000 registers, is based on the information from the NVD (National Vulnerability Database) – by virtue of a partnership agreement – through which INCIBE translates the included information into Spanish.

On occasions this list will show vulnerabilities that have still not been translated, as they are added while the INCIBE team is still carrying out the translation process. The CVE  (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Standard for Information Security Vulnerability Names is used with the aim to support the exchange of information between different tools and databases.

All vulnerabilities collected are linked to different information sources, as well as available patches or solutions provided by manufacturers and developers. It is possible to carry out advanced searches, as there is the option to select different criteria to narrow down the results, some examples being vulnerability types, manufacturers and impact levels, among others.

Through RSS feeds or Newsletters we can be informed daily about the latest vulnerabilities added to the repository. Below there is a list, updated daily, where you can discover the latest vulnerabilities.

CVE-2014-1401

Publication date:

CVE-2014-1459

Publication date:
11/02/2014
SQL injection vulnerability in dg-admin/index.php in doorGets CMS 5.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the _position_down_id parameter. NOTE: this can be leveraged using CSRF to allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands.

CVE-2013-5013

Publication date:
11/02/2014
Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in the management console on the Symantec Web Gateway (SWG) appliance before 5.2 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via (1) vectors involving PHP scripts and (2) unspecified other vectors.

CVE-2014-1876

Publication date:
10/02/2014
The unpacker::redirect_stdio function in unpack.cpp in unpack200 in OpenJDK 6, 7, and 8; Oracle Java SE 5.0u61, 6u71, 7u51, and 8; JRockit R27.8.1 and R28.3.1; and Java SE Embedded 7u51 does not securely create temporary files when a log file cannot be opened, which allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on /tmp/unpack.log.

CVE-2014-1213

Publication date:
10/02/2014
Sophos Anti-Virus engine (SAVi) before 3.50.1, as used in VDL 4.97G 9.7.x before 9.7.9, 10.0.x before 10.0.11, and 10.3.x before 10.3.1 does not set an ACL for certain global and session objects, which allows local users to bypass anti-virus protection, cause a denial of service (resource consumption, CPU consumption, and eventual crash) or spoof "ready for update" messages by performing certain operations on mutexes or events including (1) DataUpdateRequest, (2) MmfMutexSAV-****, (3) MmfMutexSAV-Info, (4) ReadyForUpdateSAV-****, (5) ReadyForUpdateSAV-Info, (6) SAV-****, (7) SAV-Info, (8) StateChange, (9) SuspendedSAV-****, (10) SuspendedSAV-Info, (11) UpdateComplete, (12) UpdateMutex, (13) UpdateRequest, or (14) SophosALMonSessionInstance, as demonstrated by triggering a ReadyForUpdateSAV event and modifying the UpdateComplete, UpdateMutex, and UpdateRequest objects.

CVE-2012-0064

Publication date:
10/02/2014
xkeyboard-config before 2.5 in X.Org before 7.6 enables certain XKB debugging functions by default, which allows physically proximate attackers to bypass an X screen lock via keyboard combinations that break the input grab.

CVE-2013-2055

Publication date:
10/02/2014
Unspecified vulnerability in Apache Wicket 1.4.x before 1.4.23, 1.5.x before 1.5.11, and 6.x before 6.8.0 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via vectors that cause raw HTML templates to be rendered without being processed and reading the information that is outside of wicket:panel markup.

10/02/2014
JBoss Web, as used in Red Hat JBoss Communications Platform before 5.1.3, Enterprise Web Platform before 5.1.2, Enterprise Application Platform before 5.1.2, and other products, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via vectors related to a crafted UTF-8 and a "surrogate pair character" that is "at the boundary of an internal buffer."

CVE-2013-2214

Publication date:
10/02/2014
status.cgi in Nagios 4.0 before 4.0 beta4 and 3.x before 3.5.1 does not properly restrict access to certain users that are a contact for a service, which allows remote authenticated users to obtain sensitive information about hostnames via the servicegroup (1) overview, (2) summary, or (3) grid style in status.cgi. NOTE: this behavior is by design in most 3.x versions, but the upstream vendor "decided to change it for Nagios 4" and 3.5.1.
