Since May 2022 she is Chief Prosecutor of the Special Anti-Drug Prosecutor's Office. She has been decorated with several honors, including the Legion of Honor of the French Republic and the Medal of the Order of the Belgian Crown.  

Marta Barrio Marcos, curious by nature, has been working in cybersecurity for more than 12 years, specializing in offensive security. She dedicates part of her free time to Securiters, a project of dissemination and content creation. She has several certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, OSCE and CRTP among others. 

PHD. in Criminology from the University of Barcelona (Spain). Associate Professor at the Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA). One six-year research period recognized by the National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity (CNEAI) of the Spanish Ministry of Universities. More than 20 publications in national and international journals, books and reports on cybercrime, cybercrime and its prevention, as well as the human factor in cybercrime and cybersecurity. Research stays in several European, Colombian and Mexican universities for the study of cybercrime. 

Carlos Leonardo has dedicated the last 10 years to improving the state of the cyber ecosystem in the Dominican Republic. He leads the National CSIRT, establishing the procedural and operational foundations for the development and improvement of the Dominican Republic's cybersecurity posture. Carlos has supported many other governments and regional organizations around the world in establishing national incident response capabilities and creating channels for regional cooperation and best practice sharing. Carlos' involvement in the incident response community over the years has included presentations at various forums and participation in committees and working groups of international organizations such as FIRST, OAS CICTE, GFCE, Interpol and EUCybernet.
