Prosecutor since 2004, stationed in Girona until 2006, in Terrassa until 2009 and, since then until now, in the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Barcelona. In this Prosecutor's Office he has been Delegate of Computer Crime since May 2010 and Head of the Information System of the Public Prosecutor's Office since November of the same year. Director of continuous training activities for Prosecutors at the Center for Legal Studies, as well as speaker at training sessions of the Prosecutor's Office, the Judicial School, State Security Forces and Corps and Universities, almost always in relation to the investigation and prosecution of cybercrime.

Francisco Alonso Batuecas
For more than 15 years, he has been responsible for the ICT Infrastructure and Security Department at CETSE (Security Technology Center), a unit dedicated to providing services and technological tools to the Spanish Security Forces and Corps, which currently manages more than 130 projects. General of the National Police, to which he has belonged for 35 years. Linked to the field of cybercrime investigation and its regulatory environment since 2003. Delegate of the DR to the T-CY Committee of the Budapest Convention and Vice-Chairman for GRULAC of the UN Ad-Hoc Committee on Cybercrime. Ambassador for Cyber Affairs of the Dominican Republic since December 2022.
Alberto Redondo Sánchez
With a career of more than ten years dedicated to the fight against cybercrime, he has extensive experience in investigation, criminal analysis and international cooperation, being also a representative of the "Guardia Civil" in many forums on this subject, both strategic and operational of the Council of Europe, EUROPOL, EUROJUST, PAcCTO and INTERPOL.
